L'hotel non è davvero a Chorley, situato a sud-ovest e a qualche distanza da Chorley. Situato in una zona di servizio autostradale che è accessibile solo dal nordbound M6. We spent New Years Eve and have to say, it was a brilliant way to bring in 2024. Our rooms were lovely. They were clean, and beautifully presented. When we arrived at the Blazers Suite for our Carvery Dinner, the staff had prepared a table really close by, as I had mentioned when booking that a member of my party was a bit unsteady on her feet. The receptionist said there would be somebody ready to help her to carry her hot meal, and there was a lovely member of staff at the back of the queue, who was more than happy to assist with choosing and carrying the plate to the table. The food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the salmon and prawn starter, wrapped in the lightest pastry. The DJ was good, and the dance floor was packed all night. At midnight there was a rousing chorus of Auld Lang Syne. Only one little quibble, to knock a star off. I checked breakfast and check out times with the receptionist when we checked in. I had previously rang to check this information and was told breakfast 8-10am and check out 10.30am. I thought it worth another ask, as in previous hotels these were later, but the times were confirmed as above. I was surprised, therefore, to overhear the same receptionist mentioning a late check out to another guest as we were checking out. I queried this, and she confirmed both breakfast and check out were later, it being New Years Day. She said she had not been told about the change early enough, and apologised. After such an enjoyable evening, and a lovely breakfast, I was not in the mood to complain. However, the added half hour for breakfast and checkout would have meant we could spend a bit more time with my family, who had travelled from the Wirral to celebrate with us.

Amazing hotel and staff. we stayed in the Arthur Suite for our wedding anniversary and when we got into the room there was rose petals on the stairs and in a heart on the bed, there was also balloons which was so nice. that little added touch was fab. it was so beautiful, bed was comfortable and having a bath watching the tv was amazing. there was 2 baths a shower room and toilet, had all the things you need, iron ironing board hairdryer, kettle tea, coffee. Would highly recommend! The bar manager Wayne and his staff were so welcoming, and gave a very high standard of service. drinks and cocktails were fantastic, the cakes are to die for there anazing deffo a must!! all there staff were so polite and friendly. We also met Pam the hotel manager of Arthurs and Peaky blinders and she was fantastic. We have stayed in both Arthurs Churchtown and peaky blinders Southport and would highly reccommend them both for stays. Well done to all staff for making our stay so enjoyable we will deffo be returning to see you guys soon 😀 xx
