Bella e amichevole staff. Avendo una macchina per caffè con capsule gratuite per gli ospiti. La stanza ha una piccola cucina aperta e è tranquilla ma in una posizione comoda. Nell'altra parte della strada, ci sono anche alcuni fiori di ciliegia lungo la strada laterale su entrambi i lati.

Buon hotel, 4 stelle ma non troppo, vicino ai mezzi per il centro, bus, treni Purtroppo la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni rende le stanze come la mia che dava appunto sulla stazione rumorosa.Doveva esserci la sauna ma alla mia richiesta di usarla era fuori servizio. Non troverete canali TV in italiano anche se c'è una TV molto bella. La colazione ottima . Camere fatte ordini giorno. Personale gentile, disponibile, potreste trovare anche chi parla italiano . La zona, Greenwich è bella, verso il porto trovate molti ristorantini anche italiani, noi andavamo sempre al Bianco. Comodo e bello usare anche il battello per il centro costa un po' di più del treno però e un bel diversivo. Tutto sommato consigliato.

Ci piaceva la stanza, molto grande per due persone, e quando siamo arrivati tutto era pronto. Anche loro hanno messo il riscaldamento nella nostra stanza prima di arrivare. Abbiamo fatto una bella doccia e abbiamo fatto un bel riposo. Tutti i dipendenti erano così amici e di aiuto. La posizione era anche grande, vicino al Museo Maritime, mercato di Natale e Prime Meridian. L'unico commento negativo potrebbe essere il colazione. Possono aumentare la selezione, ma potrebbe essere normale per la cucina britannica. Non sono mai rimasto a letto e colazione in Gran Bretagna prima, quindi potrebbe essere normale. In generale, ci piaceva stare lì

Lo sciacquone della toilette non funziona correttamente. un pulsante è rovinato, l'altro è molto difficile da premere. L'aria condizionata non ha aria fresca, quindi la stanza è abbastanza calda. Lo schermo della doccia deve essere migliorato poiché l'acqua continua a fuoriuscire nell'area asciutta del bagno durante la doccia.

Durante il mio recente soggiorno al St Christopher's Hostel di Greenwich, Londra, ho purtroppo riscontrato diversi aspetti che lasciavano molto a desiderare. Uno dei maggiori inconvenienti era la pulizia dei locali, che era al di sotto degli standard che normalmente mi aspetto dagli ostelli. Lo stato di pulizia nella camera assegnatami era notevolmente scadente. Erano visibili segni di abbandono, con superfici sporche e scarsa attenzione ai dettagli nel mantenimento dell'igiene dell'ambiente. Questo aspetto ha influito in modo significativo sul mio comfort generale durante il soggiorno e ha lasciato un'impressione duratura che ha sminuito gli aspetti positivi che si spera di trovare in una struttura ricettiva. Altrettanto deludente è stato il livello di servizio fornito dal personale dell'ostello. Durante il mio soggiorno, ho riscontrato casi in cui il servizio era particolarmente scadente. Sembrava esserci una mancanza di attenzione e reattività alle esigenze degli ospiti. Che si trattasse di richieste di informazioni, assistenza o anche di semplici domande, il comportamento generale del personale non rifletteva un impegno per la soddisfazione dell'ospite. La combinazione di pulizia inadeguata e servizio scadente ha reso l'esperienza tutt'altro che piacevole al St Christopher's Hostel. Mi auguro che questi aspetti possano essere affrontati dalla direzione per garantire un soggiorno più positivo e confortevole ai futuri ospiti. Anche se capisco che gli ostelli possono variare in termini di servizi, una base di pulizia e un servizio attento sono fondamentali per creare un ambiente accogliente e soddisfacente per gli ospiti.

Staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean enough. We stayed here due to proximity to the O2 as we had tickets to an event but I don’t think the hotel is really catered towards families. Smells of ********* and the sounds of couples “enjoying their night” filled our room in the early hours. I’m glad my son was asleep!

Nice hotel tucked away a stone's throw from Deptford Bridge DLR station. Nothing really in the area other than a Co-op shop and takeout coffee shop so you'll likely be using the DLR to go to Cutty Sark for drinks and food etc. Didn't mention I had to pay a £50 deposit for any add-ons. Still waiting for this to be returned after checkout. Friendly staff and free warm cookie on check-in. Room was decent but as a solo room rather cramped and a strange design with the bed in the middle of the room with a cupboard behind with a bathroom behind. Light switch and plugs on the side of this cupboard. Also a bit of noise from above. Very good free WiFi and nice TV in room. Tea and coffee provided on an awkward kettle tray thing you need to somehow carry from behind the bed to the desk. Safe provided also. Desk also not ideal as you can't put your feet underneath properly as there's a shelf below. Aircon/heating decent but heater causes condensation on mirrors in wall. Rooms tidied and bed made every day which is nice. Didn't try the bar as no price list in the room and looked very posh/expensive. Overall a decent stay. I think someone needs to test run a stay in the room I stayed in though (room 1) just to see how unintuitive/awkward the room is. Would maybe stay again if cheap but would look for better location next time.
