Our stay at this location was amazing! Everything was great the room was so clean the breakfast was great so many options to choose from. Ghinesky from the front desk was so kind and welcoming when we were checking in making sure we were comfortable with our stay. The area where this hotel is located is also great, it’s surrounded by stores and restaurants. Overall it was a great stay at this hotel would definitely rebook a stay here.

Everything was great. The only problem was that there was rust stains on the floor of the shower. I let the front desk know and they explained that all of the 2nd floors showers are like that. At first it looked like specs of blood.

Everything was amazing but front desk took forever to check us in because we were waiting for a different guest to get her ID from car. Staff said she couldn’t take us first because she had already started the process.

Check in took a long time especially given that only 1 guest was in the line ahead of me. Process is cumbersome and time consuming. Otherwise facilities are clean and updated.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with different choices. Betty at the front desk was very nice.

Easy, quick check in. Comfy bed, great gym, good variety of breakfast foods. Close to stores, easy highway access.

Hotel and staff are great. Only flaw is misthought parking design.
Definitely needs more parking. 3 trucks with trailers in Horizontal parking lot took up over 27 spots. No spots left after 7pm.

It was a very nice property, very clean and staff friendly.
They did not clean our room due to not having enough staff, but was able to get extra towels, coffee when we asked for it. Nice hot breakfast......

There were some security issues, but the room was clean and comfortable. There was a utility door that was stuck open and our room keys did not work on the exterior side and back doors.
Staff was friendly
