A run-down hotel that lacks of essential services and has incompetent and unfriendly staff. Room service did basically not exist. No refill of coffee or tea. Used cups were removed but no new cups were provided. When I asked at reception, I was only told that this is standard as guests are supposed to use their cups for the entire stay. When I pointed out that I didn't have any cups in the room anymore, they didn't have an answer how I should drink my hot beverages. Also, the garbage bin was not emptied. I could continue the list of shortcomings here. I think it's fair to say that this is the worst room service I have ever experienced at any hotel. The reception staff was extremely unfriendly when I complained. As mentioned before, they came up with ridiculous explanations and were not at all helpful, not in any way. The reception staff had communicated with their manager as part of the complaint. But when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager is not available to speak to me. What a disappointing response. Well, if you want to have a nice experience in Roubaix, do avoid this run-down hotel at any means. Their service is incredibly bad and certainly not worth the prices they ask for.

Le notti sono più calme e sorvegliate. E il nuovo responsabile Gabriel è a ascoltare i vostri desideri minori!! We stayed here over the Paris Roubaix weekend, had an excellent stay. Great breakfast, parking close by, Easily Cycleable to the Roubaix velodrome in the morning. The manager was extremely helpful, and good English which was useful as my French is terrible. The room was comfortable, could probably do with a couple more pillows, and it was a touch warm, no matter what we pressed to cool it down, but the window was easily opened to let a breeze in.

Disponibilità di una caldaia con sacchetti di tè e caffè. Camera confortevole. Buon isolamento sonoro. Colazione (10,80 €) (come buffet, nella vecchia sala ristorante): tè, caffè, pane, confetture, mini vigneti, yacht, confetture di mele, frutta secca, cartofi, uova sgusciate, salsa, bacon, chei (bianchi e secchi), salate di frutta.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in transito in questo hotel a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione. I prezzi sono molto bassi, quindi naturalmente non si può aspettare un'elevata prestazione, ma il minimo è: una camera da bagno funzionale nella camera, una letto confortevole, camera pulita. L'unico bemol è il rumore, perché la metà delle camere si trova al bordo di un boulevard molto frequentato.

2 notti in viaggio professionale, molto buone soggiorni. Struttura tutto nuovo benché l'edificio sia storico. Il fascino ”industriale”. Benvenuto, camera e pdj perfetto. Dinner tra colleghi che ha piaceto a tutti. Ben mangiato e molto ben accolto. Continua così.
