Hotel a Roubaix, Francia

We stayed here over the Paris Roubaix weekend, had an excellent stay. Great breakfast, parking close by, Easily Cycleable to the Roubaix velodrome in the morning. The manager was extremely helpful, and good English which was useful as my French is terrible. The room was comfortable, could probably do with a couple more pillows, and it was a touch warm, no matter what we pressed to cool it down, but the window was easily opened to let a breeze in.

Le notti sono più calme e sorvegliate. E il nuovo responsabile Gabriel è a ascoltare i vostri desideri minori!! Booked the hotel via *********** at a reasonable price for the world cup rugby game. Email from the hotel a week or so later to say there was an error with my booking and we'd been bumped to a sister (cheaper) hotel miles from Lille centre and the rugby stadium. 1) if there was a problem with the booking how did they have my details and booking info. 2) we were cancelled because we'd presumably booked at a non- premium rugby rate. 3) they'd booked us into the cheaper 'sister' chain.. who actually had no record of our booking .. so then had to re-book at whatever the premium rate was. Awful service and attitude for a 'mistake' their end.

Sono un cliente molto regolare della B&B e non è la prima volta che vivo al B&B di Tourcoing, ma questa volta, molto deluso: - fin dall'apertura della stanza, si fa sentire un odore estremamente inconfortabile. Proviene dal bagno e fa pensare ad urine che avrebbe macerato diverse ore nel calore. - nel doccia, presenza di mosciugatura molto visibile in un angolo. - la televisione non risponde alla telecomando, la guardo attentamente per constatare che il cavo di alimentazione della televisione è completamente disabilitato e incollato dietro lo schermo e che anche il cavo di antenna è disabilitato. Da quando il cliente ha fatto i collegamenti? Leggendo un parere di una persona che è rimasta qui 3 settimane fa, mi accorgo di controllare il letto più vicino: - i viti sensati mantenere il piano che funge da schermo non sono nemmeno spruzzati, - i capelli e i capelli di precedenti occupanti sono visibili sul mattone; il prezzo dell'istituto è certamente molto conveniente, ma nondimeno la manutenzione e l'igiene non devono dipendere dalla tariffa.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in transito in questo hotel a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione. I prezzi sono molto bassi, quindi naturalmente non si può aspettare un'elevata prestazione, ma il minimo è: una camera da bagno funzionale nella camera, una letto confortevole, camera pulita. L'unico bemol è il rumore, perché la metà delle camere si trova al bordo di un boulevard molto frequentato.

Presenza di un parcheggio. Metro nelle vicinanze. Ristorante (per la sera) chiuso. Patrone servibile e accogliente. Ascensore per salire sui piani. Wi-Fi funzionale. Disponibilità di una caldaia con sacchetti di tè e caffè. Camera confortevole. Buon isolamento sonoro. Colazione (10,80 €) (come buffet, nella vecchia sala ristorante): tè, caffè, pane, confetture, mini vigneti, yacht, confetture di mele, frutta secca, cartofi, uova sgusciate, salsa, bacon, chei (bianchi e secchi), salate di frutta.
