Caffè a colazione molto mediocre - triste per 5 stelle. Molto in doccia - neanche 5 stelle. Il peggio è che abbiamo dovuto aspettare al checkout ”perché avevano bisogno di controllare se abbiamo preso qualcosa da un mini bar” - è come ”pensiamo che si stia giacendo 🤥”.Dopo 15 minuti di aspettare il checkout, abbiamo dovuto andare al conto corrente di nuovo chiaramente dimenticato il loro controllo ...e poi ”Abbiamo il permesso di lasciare” :) Per il resto è un bel hotel, non sono letti rumorosi e buoni. Buona posizione. Suggerimento: prenota il parcheggio in ”Erasmus Bridge”. Poi più economico attraverso l'hotel.

Il mio bambino più vecchio e io stavamo guardando un'università nei Paesi Bassi. Quindi ci siamo fermati per 3 notti. Eravamo un po' preoccupati per la sicurezza e il rumore perché siamo soli, ecc. ma non dovevamo essere. Eravamo al piano superiore fino a qui. Non ci siamo mai sentiti insicuri. La doccia era molto buona. Il personale era molto buono. Non preoccuparsi per la sicurezza. Hanno un asciugamano molto utile. Abbiamo andato alla notte musicale che avevano e era molto buona. Abbiamo preso colazione uno dei giorni e abbiamo trovato un buon valore. Il posto era pulito. I secchieri per capelli non lavoravano male. Ma, a parte questo, nessun altro problema.

Great stay - my first time staying in a hostel and I really enjoyed the experience. Everything is very modern and convenient. The location is great and walking distance from lots of tourist attractions and yummy food spots. The hostel is situated in a very vibrant community area, so it can get quite noisy but once you’re inside your hub you don’t hear anything! The hubs themselves are cute and the bed is super spacious - you get the option of a bottom or top hub, I recommend a top hub if you want to feel slightly more comfortable. The hubs have Bluetooth speakers, an app to control lighting and to speak to the host for any issues. My hub was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be, there were some marks on the side, random hairs and the air-con vent was very very dusty. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. You have a wristband that allows you to charge things to your hub, lock up your belongings and open your hub door which I thought was very handy! I really enjoyed my stay and it was a great first hostel experience, would definitely stay with CityHub again as it was a bargain!

So I booked at this hostel for the weekend because I wanted to explore Rotterdam. It is my first time here. I arrived around 5am and sat at reception till check which is at 3. I had paid around 5am when I got here. Only at check in when they explaining the rules do I get told that there's no hot water and they don't know know when the issue will be fixed. The water was freezing cold so I asked to check out. The lady who had checked me in told me I can get cash or the money can be put back in my card, but when I asked for the cash back I was told they can only put it back in my card but I must first write an email requesting a refund which will take days to get paid back. So what do I do in the interim? Where am I supposed to stay? What am I supposed to pay with? They didn't care instead they got hostile, with a guy called Lawrence getting aggressive threatening to call the police which he did and this was after he assaulted me. Lawrence from King Kong put his hands on me. I'm not used to aggression. I can't even deal with a man shouting at me let alone putting his hands on me. As I type this im traumatised, holding back tears, sitting at some restaurant while trying to think of where to go and what to do. I travelled to the Netherlands, it's my first time in Rotterdam. I don't know anyone here or anything besides how to get back to Centraal station. My weekend has been ruined, I was so excited to finally come Rotterdam and also visit the Netherlands but now I regret it. They had ample time to inform us of the issue but they chose not to but instead wait until you've paid to tell you... We don't have hot water, deal with it. You ask for a refund... Oh, this is how that refund will happen. DEAL WITH IT!! Then we'll get aggressive and put hands on you because now you must leave because we told you to deal with it but you don't want to... GBV... If I was a man, of his same strength or above would he have behaved in the manner that he did? GBV starts and shows as signs like this before it escalates. Lawrence of King Kong is an aggressive and violent man who knows no gender bounds in fact as a female you're easy prey for his masculine body. The fact that a man can talk to a woman like that, even have the audacity to put his hands on a woman in full view of everyone that says a lot and King Kong has him as some sort of manager/supervisor /in charge...

Il check-in Mark è andato molto di sopra in servizio, ha portato una ragazza a pulire la mia stanza presto per l'iscrizione, mi ha dato un aggiornamento, ha stampato il calendario di traghetto per le tende e ha fatto raccomandazioni di ristorante. L'hotel è bello e confortevole. A un isolato è una strada del Paradiso Foodie. Con molti ristoranti all'aperto.

È giunto il momento che qualcuno (aka me) abbia scritto un recente recensione sul mio soggiorno. Questo è un grande soggiorno. Questo è un piccolo hotel, tutto il personale super amichevole soprattutto entrambi i signori alla reception. Ho visto recensioni altrove lamentando il colazione. Solo un richiamo: questo è un hotel 3* e il colazione è più che sufficiente per prepararvi per il giorno e ha tutti gli elementi essenziali. La stanza era spaziosa, molto pulita e modestamente moderna, soprattutto la camera da bagno che aveva molto spazio per tenere le proprie proprietà. Il piccolo dettaglio di attenzione è stato bello - asciugamani con il nome dell'hotel, tazze di caffè con ispiranti/divertenti messaggi, 2 punti di accesso vicino al letto, orologio nella sala colazione in linea con il collegamento dell'hotel con l'industria porto/navigazione. Nota: le camere hanno un fan (ma sono in fase di installazione di aria condizionata per tutte le camere). Solo suggerisco che la porta del bagno nella camera 103 fosse un po' sveglio (solo bisogno WD40), le mutandine potrebbero essere un po' meno lumpy (ma erano più che felici di fornire più mutandine e ancora dormivano molto bene) e le bevande dal frigorifero sono sul lato costoso, ma tutti i punti minori. La posizione è grande. 10 minuti a piedi da Euromast e pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Coolhaven, qs un po' lontano dalla stazione centrale per andare e anche Blaak (dove sono il mercato e le case cubo). In tutto, mi fermerò di nuovo. Era una piacevole, rilassante e tranquilla esperienza. Si sentiva ancora tranquilla. L'hotel sembrava un po' tranquillo, nonostante il fine settimana, spero che si riprendera' in estate. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno!

Just opened hotel in the center of Rotterdam has bright spacious rooms . Room has flat screen TV, free of charge WiFi in the entire building. Walk in shower has screen protector. Hairdryer and toiletries are free of charge. Hotel is located in museums area, maritime museum is in approximately 350 meters away. Unfortunately during COVID-19 time it was closed.

L'hotel è un allegato all'Hotel Emma a Rotterdam (2 minuti a piedi da Umplugged). La camera è molto carina decorata e pulita, e la mattress è fantasticamente comoda. La posizione è anche molto conveniente, vicino alla stazione di metropolitana e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Rotterdam. È anche una strada vicina con bar e bellissimi posti di brunch. Prenotamo l'hotel con il mio ragazzo per una sola notte dopo un concerto a Rotterdam Ahoy, ma è stato un posto davvero buono per rimanere più a lungo! :)

la posizione, comodissima per visitare Rotterdam, e la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale alla reception sono gli unici elementi positivi di questo soggiorno. La colazione è veramente limitata, e addirittura l’hotel non ha della marmellata (ho chiesto ad una tizia arcigna che armeggiava in zona colazione e mi ha proprio detto che non ne hanno). Che ci metto sul pane se non mi piace la finta Nutella?? Ci è stata data una tripla buia e triste con vista parcheggio, infestata dalle zanzare al punto da garantirci due notti insonni e mezza giornata tra dottore e farmacia visto che mia figlia si è scoperta allergica alle zanzare olandesi e si è gonfiata come una zampogna! abbiamo chiesto in reception di spruzzare un prodotto apposito in camera dopo la prima notte, le zanzare erano di meno ma c’erano comunque. Il parcheggio dell’hotel è minuscolo e con un’area di manovra ridicola, chiunque ci entri rischia la carrozzeria. Io avevo una sw a noleggio e alla fine ho dovuto andare all’ APCOA Parking lì vicino, per 2 gg ho speso 60 euro. Rotterdam è una bella città, ci tornerò. In un altro hotel.
