Rotorua: i migliori hotel con palestra

I'll start with the things I liked. The breakfast buffet. It was nice to have a quick way to get a good breakfast at the hotel. The decorating in the lobby was very nice. Now the not to nice parts: The room was cramped with 2 queen-sized beds. (Though it did have a refrigerator and kettle.) I opened the curtains to be surprised by shredded sheers. The wi-fi was very poor. The access is not handicap accessible. The front steps did not have a railing. The ramp was great for luggage, but would not have accommodated a wheelchair. (I have bad knees and use a cane.) They seems understaffed. A common problem throughout our trip. But the staff was helpful. They acknowledged the torn sheers and have plans to replace them all.

Grande posizione nel cuore di Rotorua, vicino alla porta del lago e ristoranti di Eat Street e venuto altamente raccomandato, ma ci lascia un po 'disappunto - soprattutto per il prezzo. Non lascio mai una cattiva recensione, ma dopo una grande esperienza in altri 4 hotel diversi in NZ in questo viaggio, la signora del desk front al arrivo al Novotel non era la più amichevole - si sentiva come se fossimo un inconveniente per lei. Era in tempo e lei era l'unica membro del personale con una coda di persone. Su una nota positiva, il letto era comodo.

Stavo qui per 2 notti con la mia famiglia, tra cui un bambino. La stanza era molto spaziosa. Il personale era amichevole. Purtroppo, sembra che ci siano bug di letto o polvere sul tappeto di pavimento, perché ho avuto un sacco di morsi intorno al mio anello. Andate avanti a informare il desk front, ma mi è stato detto che non ci sono assolutamente bug di letto all'hotel. La camera è a posto, tranne per la pulizia.

It's a big and beautiful property with a lot of good staff. It is very near to market, gardens and all the experiences nearby. For Indian tourists, there is a Gurudwara just behind the hotel and swaminarayan temple is 5 minutes walk. I used to visit the small and beautiful rose garden quite often which is 1 minutes away. The rooms are big and nice. They have suit rooms also which is quite good and specious. Almost all the bathrooms have bath tub. The hotel has a hot water swimming pool and 2 spa pools also. It has a restaurant that opens for limited time only. It has a lot of space around reception and pool to sit, relax and talk....It has small and medium size conference room also. They have a gym also but the most important thing is their staff. All of them were very cooperative and polite. Will stay there any day....you can park your car for free in It's big parking area, that is rare in Newzealand.

I stayed here for two nights in May 2023. The hotel is located on the main street in Rotorua, about a 10-minute walk from the main shopping centre. Just up the road, about a 5-minute walk away, there are a couple of supermarkets. The airport is a 10-minute drive away. The hotel has plenty of parking. The room was very big with a small kitchenette, large bathroom, table and chairs etc. However, the room was showing its age and could do with an upgrade. Unfortunately the room was cold. I had the heating on but, given the size of the room, it took a long time to heat up. It was uncomfortable. There was no extra blanket for the bed. The wifi worked well. The service at the front desk was good. For what I paid, this hotel was good value. However, for my next trip to Rotorua, I would be prepared to pay a bit more for something warmer and more up to date.

I always sleep well here. The beds are comfy, firm but not too firm and the curtains are heavy and wide enough to block out any early morning sun to help me sleep through to my alarm. Breakfast is well catered for. The mango smoothie, especially, is yum, yum, yum. Restaurant staff member, Lelly, is an absolute delight. He's friendly, fun, attentive and oozes all the positive traits of his upbringing and training back in his homeland of Fiji. The hotel is lucky to have him. Vinaka, Lelly!

We didn’t get accommodation here since it was sold out so we came here to visit and have lunch. The property is beautiful. Wedding perfect romantic location. Nice chapel and lunch breakfast area. We had a nice snacky lunch overlooking the lake. Amazing views, very serene, 15 min from town if you have a car. Adriana provided us great service and showed us the grounds. Stay here if you book in advance. Or come here for a meal to check out the hotel.

Il primo soggiorno fu 3 anni fa, quando era ancora un Holiday Inn. Ci sono state piazzate e attrazioni vicine. Ci sono tornato questa volta per le stesse ragioni. I bambini hanno goduto della piscina riscaldata. E noi adulti lo troviamo calmo dopo un lungo giorno di giornata. Quando le tolette di piscina erano uscite, la ricezione era felice di riempire. Eravamo in una camera deluxe regina di fronte al parcheggio. La stanza sembrava stanca. Il bagno era ancora peggio. Il molo sul cavo e il bacino aveva una scala di lima. La torsione della cascata era obbligata a darti un colpo. La stanza era pulita e tempestiva. Il personale era amichevole. E facendo il meglio che potevano in un lungo fine settimana occupato. Carpark può essere pieno in un fine settimana occupato, quasi non vuoi andare a cena.

Abbiamo tenuto la nostra conferenza annuale al VR Rotorua Lake Resort nel maggio. Da quando ho avuto il primo contatto sulla nostra conferenza, durante il soggiorno e dopo aver ricevuto una meravigliosa comunicazione e servizio. L'intera squadra era molto accogliente e ho ricevuto recensioni favolose da parte della nostra squadra di 30, tra cui, ma non limitato a, stupendo cibo, fantastiche camere, grande servizio. Personalmente, ho avuto una piccola questione con la mia stanza e, parlando con la nostra Assemblea, ho avuto qualcuno della squadra di manutenzione lì entro 10 minuti per me, la sala conferenze era grande e molto buona. Il pranzo e la cena di tre corsi erano favolosi. Grazie a Rolando, Nick e la squadra per aver fatto la nostra conferenza il meglio ancora !!
