* Parking - small lot under the hotel between the poles everywhere- hard to navigate and park near but space is limited and it is NY so I get it. *Location- nice centrally located in surprisingly high end area. Great food right nearby. * Service- let me just say the housekeeper was great! Friendly and takes pride in her work. In sharp contrast though, the front desk staff female - needs some serious customer service training. Walked inside to check in to her finishing an obvious personal call by the context and a hand being thrown up to us as we waited for her to finish making her after work plans. Simple Issues during check in that became larger on her part as we obviously inconvenienced her and she literally argued room type listed in printed copy of reservation. Get through that and then sent to room and Room 1 - no heat or ac working, floor creaking and uneven which was odd, weird smell (assuming from ac issue). Returned to desk to discuss and she sadly, seemed to enjoy the fact there was an issue. So sent us and all our stuff to Room 2- bed great surprisingly comfy bathroom clean, older room but is just a place to lay your head while in town. Keys however mysteriously kept not working but ironically enough only when she was on shift over the course of several days. Male morning desk person, very friendly and helpful with directions. He always was being personable with guests other than ourselves, obviously enjoys his job. *Room 2 was directly under room 1 which became occupied on day 2 and we spent the next two days in the evenings listening to extremely loud floor squeaks as the guests above us moved. They were night owls and this went well into the night. We ended up meeting them at breakfast and it was an interesting conversation as they noticed all the same listed above. *Breakfast- decent but no home run. For age and size of hotel, it was well set out and had what you needed to start the day. I would strongly say to just stay somewhere else. It was clean which was good but overall even as a place just to lay your head it is best to avoid.

Non c'è nessuno che si sia ritirato dalla linea di assistenza all'uscita. Ho dovuto chiamare il desk per essere consegnato in tre connessioni diverse. Abbiamo finalmente avuto contatto con il supervisore del garage e abbiamo detto di colpire il pulsante di assistenza di nuovo per la 15a volta. Non ho detto che non funzionava? !! Ridicolmente inconveniente e annoiante, soprattutto con le persone dietro di te che aspettano di andarsene anche.

Poiché viviamo all'ingresso dell'ascensore, i visitatori che effettuano il check-in nel cuore della notte sono molto rumorosi e l'isolamento acustico è molto scarso! La prima volta che ho organizzato la pulizia della stanza, gli asciugamani di carta non sono stati sostituiti al mio ritorno e c'erano ancora mozziconi di sigaretta sul pavimento! Non ci sono due bottiglie di acqua minerale gratuite ogni giorno, ma nella hall c'è acqua calda e caffè gratuiti! L'hotel non disponeva di un servizio di trasferimento dall'aeroporto JFK, quindi mi sono stati estorti $ 200 da un taxi dell'aeroporto! Il taxi dell'aeroporto JFK non è un taxi regolare, spero che i connazionali che vanno a New York per la prima volta non vengano derubati.

C'è questo ragazzo lì. (Non il manager) È il volto e la gioia dell'hotel. Molto utile e premuroso. Grazie a lui, ci resto ogni volta che vengo a New York.

We had attended a concert in NYC and did a lot of research on where to stay on our way home in the the Lake George area. I researched a lot on I-87. The places were much less expensive but but also seemed a little gross. This place was a little more pricey, a little closer to the city (which was quite nice). We pulled in at about 12:30 at night and check in was easy. We had called ahead to let them know we'd be late. The man at the front desk was super polite and even offered us a bagel from the kitchen since we were so hungry. We decided to walk down the road to a convenient store that was still open. The room was incredibly clean, the bed super comfortable, and the shower was simply amazing. You would think that being on such a busy road that it would be noisy, it was not at all. After a great nights sleep we thoroughly enjoyed the free breakfast that had many options. It was a great quick stop. We will certainly utilize this place again during our adventures.

La stanza è molto spaziosa!!C'è una cucina molto conveniente per cucinare.Il parcheggio è abbastanza, la colazione è amichevole, il servizio è eccellente!Soprattutto una piccola ricetta chiamata Meylin, molto entusiasta, rendendo il viaggio molto caldo!La posizione è estremamente conveniente, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria.

Ubicazione fantastica, nulla da dire, e lo stesso dicasi per la particolarità della camera con vista (avevamo la Sky queen). Servizio e accoglienza piuttosto inefficienti, non so dire se solo rispetto agli standard italiani o se sia un’anomalia anche per gli USA. Alcuni esempi: assenza ciabattine in camera e impossibilità di averne, adattatore presa corrente solo in vendita a 10 dollari (non possibile noleggiarlo o prenderlo in prestito), rifacimento camera solo su richiesta (per eco-sostenibilità, ci sta), ma quando l’abbiamo chiesto si sono dimenticati e abbiamo dovuto tirare il giorno dopo con elemosinando del doccia schiuma. Lo staff è cortese, ma le loro procedure li rendono poco efficienti. Consigliato per vista e posizione, ma consci che il servizio non sarà quello che ci si aspetterebbe dalla, considerevole, cifra pagata.
