Hotel romantici a Taitung

"Il giardino della porta era unico. La stanza era pulita, il bagno completo era grande e l'hotel era in una grande posizione, camminando a distanza da tutto. Era una grande esperienza. Caffè gratuito in cucina e una biblioteca abbondante portavano un fascino aggiuntivo."

"I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again."

"Fabulous location and environment, a little heaven close to city. Comfortable bed, but charges for extra pillows. Friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast options are very local, which is great, still hopefully have more varieties."
