"La posizione è molto buona. Ci vuole dieci minuti per guidare nella zona sceneggiata dell'edificio rosso. Il parcheggio alla porta dell'hotel è molto conveniente. La colazione è anche molto deliziosa. Il più importante è che il servizio dell'hotel è particolarmente buono!!!! Torna la prossima volta!"

"Con le scatole di gioco per giocare con le foglie e la mattina, il tutto supera le aspettative!La carta di alta estremità è dotata di 240Hz schermo di alta estremità, la linea di gioco di Wan Wang è zero ritardo, ** il mouse opera scivola.La stanza è auto-superficiale, il senso dell'atmosfera di chiusura della luce è pieno direttamente, e decine di migliaia di film sono visualizzati come vuoi. L'intera casa controlla la luce di aria condizionata, la pulizia igienica è attenta, il panno è morbido, l'effetto di isolamento sonoro è eccellente, e si sente tranquillo nel mezzo della notte. Si raccomanda fortemente agli amici che amano giocare a gioco."

"E'veramente troppo sorprendente per me. Il giardino è davvero un posto molto tesoro. Per avere un edificio rosso speciale, non ho pensato che una popolazione prenotata fosse il tetto che avevo vissuto. Non ho detto che l'ambiente dell'hotel e la piccola villa non erano distinti. Il capo e la signorina Reception sono super buoni, Il servizio è molto attento. Sento davvero la sensazione di ritorno degli ospiti. L'ambiente è anche super buono. Ha anche dato un'attaccatura. Le cose della stanza dovrebbero essere tutto, e il suono intelligente e la TV di piccoli MI. Le finestre sono anche automatiche. La suite è molto grande. Siamo due persone che vivono, Dormi un giorno all'interno e un giorno all'esterno, molto buono, la finestra è pulita, non voglio tornare a casa, è un buon posto!"

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

UUtente ospiteThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
