UUtente ospiteI stayed at this hotel with my family for the second time. Compared to our previous stay, the service and overall experience have improved even more. We are truly very satisfied.
I would like to thank every staff member who took care of us during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very delicious. Most importantly, our children were very happy.
The reception staff were especially kind and friendly. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the female receptionists who were working on the evening of March 13, 2026. They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated.
The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent.
Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient.
This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.

AAnastasiiaG13Нигде не было указано, что двери туалета прозрачные. Ладно мы пара, но если вы едете условно с другом, будет крайне некомфортно. В отеле было чисто, персонал на ресепшен приветливый, но английский почти не знают, говорили через переводчик.
Из минусов еще отсутствие окна, тоже по фото непонятно было, но оказывается это было в описании номера, так что я сама проглядела
Явный минус - нас обломали с трансфером до аэропорта, якобы при бронировании по акции он не предоставляется. При этом нигде про это не было сказано. Пришлось бронировать трансфер за свой счет, спасибо трипком, поддержка оплатила почти половину после моей жалобы на ситуацию.
Завтрак печальный, очень маленький, фрукты были вкусные, остально не ели. Персонал в кафе очень милый

UUtente ospiteInexpensive hotel in a small town, by China standards, about 50km from central Beijing. It has plush rooms that would cost three or more times the price in Beijing. Breakfast is excellent, so treat yourself and get that inclusive with your room. Here you will also avoid those massive Beijing crowds. The town is busy, but it won't swamp you. The hotel's in walking distance of the town's CBD; lots of fashion shops and resturants and the rest. Tianamen Square is about one hour via public transport and costs about 30 yuan each way. Take a 210 bus from near the hotel. It will cost 2 yuan and will take you to Gu'an East (Guandong) fast train station. Take that, for 24 yuan, to Beijingxi fast rail station. Go downstairs from there to the subway and get a ticket to Tianamen Dong for 4 yuan. Take a Line 9 train to Military Museum station and change trains, still on Line 9, for a quick trip to Tianamen Dong. The Square is upstairs. Join a que and enjoy China's crowd control efficiency. When you've seen enough for the day, retrace your steps and be back at your hotel in less than an hour. Find a good eating place, there are some right next door to the hotel, or walk some more, or get one of those little electric scooters nearby, to find someplace else. Do your laundry in the free self-service laundrette and while you wait have a workout in the small gym in the same area. If you're flying into Daxing International Airport, Beijing's second airport, you can get the fast train from there to Guandong. It'll cost about AU$1.70. It's one stop. The train back from Tianamen also goes that way and is why it is quicker than the trip in. It's a business hotel, so while staff are helpful, they aren't set up for tourists. English directions are sparse in the town, but you will find your way around okay, even without a translator. I wish I had stayed longer.

PPeter LisickyI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but what impressed me the most was the staff.
I would especially like to thank a receptionist named 尚雯婕 (Shang Wenjie). During my stay, I needed to travel to downtown Beijing every day and arrange transportation. Since I do not speak Chinese, this was quite challenging for me.
Shang Wenjie went above and beyond to help me every single day. She assisted me in finding drivers, communicated with them on my behalf, and generously spent her own time making sure everything went smoothly. Without her help, it would have been very difficult for me to make these trips.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude both to the hotel and especially to Shang Wenjie for her kindness, professionalism, patience, and exceptional service. Her support made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

BBrettschneiderExcellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home. All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers. Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well. Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :) If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

L'uomo che lavorava sul divano frontale ci voleva molto tempo trovare qualcuno che ci accompagnasse alle fonti calde, e quando una signora finalmente venne a venirci, ci riportò in camera nostra, invece, anche se avevamo chiaramente detto all'uomo sul divano frontale che ci accompagnavamo. I dipendenti non si comunicavano chiaramente, né si usavano il senso comune. Quando ho chiesto al personale di front desk di accompagnarci alle fonti calde, ha detto no e ci ha spinti via, ma sapevo che era complicato arrivare là e doveva dire alle fonti calde che eravamo ospiti dell'hotel, Come quando ero rimasto lì prima. È possibile solo comunicare con un'app di traduzione qui, perché nessun dipendente parla una sola parola di inglese, anche. Il menu elettronico del ristorante è solo in cinese, quindi abbiamo bisogno di un'app di traduzione per leggere il menu, anche. Non hanno illuminato tutte le luci nella zona calda primavera stasera, quindi era molto più buio di quando ero venuto qui prima. TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
