Il personale della reception (006) ha fornito un servizio eccellente. L'hotel vanta una posizione superba con comodi collegamenti di trasporto, essendo vicino alle fermate dell'autobus. Ho soggiornato qui diverse volte e sono sempre stato molto soddisfatto.

UUtente ospite房間空間寬敞，採光和通風都特別好，打掃得一塵不染，角落都打理得乾乾淨淨，細節處盡顯用心。床品柔軟親膚，床墊軟硬適中，躺上去疲憊感瞬間消散，一夜安睡毫無壓力。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水出水快且水量充足，洗漱用品品質在線，使用感很好。房間隔音效果也很棒，關上窗就能隔絕外界雜音，不管是出差辦公還是休閑放鬆，都能擁有安靜的私人空間。

BBrettschneiderExcellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home. All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers. Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well. Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :) If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

Le strutture sono un po'vecchie, anche se ci sono doppio bagno, ma una camera in due camere, due non funziona bene, una camera non funziona bene.

UUtente ospiteInexpensive hotel in a small town, by China standards, about 50km from central Beijing. It has plush rooms that would cost three or more times the price in Beijing. Breakfast is excellent, so treat yourself and get that inclusive with your room. Here you will also avoid those massive Beijing crowds. The town is busy, but it won't swamp you. The hotel's in walking distance of the town's CBD; lots of fashion shops and resturants and the rest. Tianamen Square is about one hour via public transport and costs about 30 yuan each way. Take a 210 bus from near the hotel. It will cost 2 yuan and will take you to Gu'an East (Guandong) fast train station. Take that, for 24 yuan, to Beijingxi fast rail station. Go downstairs from there to the subway and get a ticket to Tianamen Dong for 4 yuan. Take a Line 9 train to Military Museum station and change trains, still on Line 9, for a quick trip to Tianamen Dong. The Square is upstairs. Join a que and enjoy China's crowd control efficiency. When you've seen enough for the day, retrace your steps and be back at your hotel in less than an hour. Find a good eating place, there are some right next door to the hotel, or walk some more, or get one of those little electric scooters nearby, to find someplace else. Do your laundry in the free self-service laundrette and while you wait have a workout in the small gym in the same area. If you're flying into Daxing International Airport, Beijing's second airport, you can get the fast train from there to Guandong. It'll cost about AU$1.70. It's one stop. The train back from Tianamen also goes that way and is why it is quicker than the trip in. It's a business hotel, so while staff are helpful, they aren't set up for tourists. English directions are sparse in the town, but you will find your way around okay, even without a translator. I wish I had stayed longer.

Questo è l'hotel perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia e una visita al Parco Faunistico di Pechino! L'hotel ospita capibara, lama, capre, conigli, pavoni e pappagalli; nostro figlio ne è stato entusiasta! C'è un parco giochi per bambini e una grande piscina al 16° piano; assicuratevi di portare costumi da bagno e cappelli. C'è anche una piccola palestra. Un taxi per il Parco Faunistico di Pechino costa solo 15 yuan. L'unico inconveniente per i turisti, soprattutto russi, è che si attraversa il confine tra Guantanamo e Pechino, quindi l'auto si ferma a un posto di blocco della polizia. Scendete, vi scansionano il passaporto, vi chiedono dove state andando, il vostro numero di telefono e così via. Ci hanno fermato anche quando siamo partiti dall'hotel per l'aeroporto, anche se era lo stesso giorno, quindi consiglio di partire presto. Ci vogliono circa 15 minuti, ma siate preparati; il taxi vi aspetterà e l'autista vi accompagnerà alla stazione. Un taxi dall'hotel all'aeroporto costa 49 yuan di notte. Vicino all'hotel ci sono un supermercato H+, Pizza Hut e KFC, e dall'altra parte della strada c'è un parco cittadino con area giochi e parco divertimenti. La colazione è molto varia: finalmente una buona macchina per il caffè e un caffè delizioso, un mare di panini, noodles e un sacco di piatti diversi! Ho pagato un deposito di 1.000 yuan al momento del check-in e due giorni dopo la differenza tra il prezzo della camera (112 yuan) e quello precedente (112 yuan) è stata rimborsata sulla mia carta. Da quel punto di vista è andato tutto bene; temevo di non poterla recuperare. L'unico inconveniente è stato l'odore di sigaretta, nonostante ci avessero detto che la camera era per non fumatori e l'avessimo arieggiata.

UUtente anonimoDue biglietti caldi e piccoli: il caldo è davvero molto peccato, era molto piccolo, doveva essere inghiottito nella sala di vestiti. Dopo aver cambiato i vestiti, vedevo molte grandi nonne, che si sono infilate in ogni piscina diversa, nessun personale gestito.
Facilità: le strutture dell'hotel sono buone, la stanza ha zuppa privata.La colazione è un riso comune.Abbiamo scelto due camere grandi e piccole, ma la colazione non ha figli.

TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
