UUtente ospiteLa stanza è buona, il sistema di aria condizionata è molto intelligente, e lavare i vestiti nella vasca aiuterà a lavarsi e a ripulire, molto intimidatorio, pulito. Vivo da solo per me tre cucchiaini d'acqua ogni giorno. La ricetta e la sorella sono molto atteggiati al servizio. La colazione non è pesante ogni giorno. È buono, la prossima volta che viaggiamo, il primo hotel 🏨, Ho detto che c'era una luce che non voleva spostarsi dalla stanza, e mi ha dato un piatto di frutta e ha fatto un incidente ～

UUtente ospiteLo spazio della stanza è molto grande, particolarmente luminoso, la colazione è molto buona, il gusto è buono, la reception è anche molto calda, il rullo della colazione, una tazza unica per la prima volta che il robot è stato inviato alla stanza, e la zia igienica è stata interrotta, ha chiesto di pulire la stanza? Il parcheggio è anche gratuito, il rapporto costo-beneficio generale è ancora molto alto, consiglia di viaggiare, affari e turismo.La prossima volta, Vienna.

RRicefieldHo avuto un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel situato in un tranquillo quartiere. È conveniente solo un taxi 10-minute dal centro della città. La pulizia è lodevole, e la doccia supera le mie aspettative. Il processo di check-in è stato veloce ed efficiente.

MM513359****Questa permanenza è davvero oltre le aspettative!Dall'ingresso, l'atteggiamento del personale della reception è particolarmente entusiasta. È anche molto veloce per aiutarci a prendere i bagagli. È anche molto veloce per gestire il soggiorno. È anche pazientemente che ci presentiamo le strutture dell'hotel e le attrazioni alimentari intorno a noi, e fa sentire la gente molto calda all'improvviso.
Lo spazio di letto grande che abbiamo prenotato è particolarmente ampio. La struttura della stanza è semplice e calda. Le letti sono pulite senza un odore estremamente strano. La luce è anche buona. Potete vedere la bellezza fuori dalla finestra. La separazione secca del bagno è molto disponibile, i bagni devono essere completi, l'approvvigionamento di acqua calda è anche molto stabile, e il bagno di acqua calda elimina il bagno del viaggio.
Il tipo di colazione dell'hotel è particolarmente ricco. Il riso di farina di farina cinese e il caffè di pane occidentale dovrebbero essere tutti efficaci. Il sapore è anche molto elegante
L'esperienza complessiva è soddisfatta, e sicuramente sceglierebbe questo hotel!Si consiglia fortemente a tutti!

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati in questo appartamento per 3 notti, e la stanza era molto pulita, l'ospite era molto gentile e comprensibile, tutte le strutture del TGE funzionavano perfettamente. Era una posizione molto confortevole e tranquilla, nei negozi e nei centri di vendita vicini, dove anche andare a piedi. In generale era una permanenza perfetta. Rimarremo qui quando torneremo a Pechino.

The breakfast seems to be good, but I am not eating, just having morning coffee and the coffee was just ok. And long waiting at the coffee machine, because there is just one. Unfortunately I had a noisy neighbour and didn’t sleep well due to that, but the bed was comfortable

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.
We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you.
Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

BBrettschneiderExcellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home. All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers. Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well. Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :) If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

UUtente ospiteThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.

TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
