Un hotel molto piccolo e accogliente con grande vibe a casa.

We were in town for the Springdale/Fayetteville Baseball Tournament May 19th-21st. Our team chose to stay at Comfort Suites Bentonville-Rogers. After a Horrible experience there the first night, I was able to book a room at Hampton Inn the next two nights. Hampton’s are always my first choice being a Diamond member! This hotel did not disappoint, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice thick towels! We did have to request room service early though. I am ready for the days to be back where room service is automatic with room. If in the area again, I will be booking here whether the rest of the team does or not!!

We called several different hotels and they all had pools but were either closed for the season or were way to exspensive. The Laquita of bentonville was close to home. It was very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The pool and spa area was well kept. Rooms were warm and clean. The breakfast bar had an excellent selection and fresh

Arrivato e accolto rapidamente. Eravamo in viaggio con i nostri due nipoti. Volevo avere una piscina disponibile per loro per nuotare, una piscina all'interno. Questa posizione ha una piscina all'interno, ma è molto piccola. La piscina è in grande bisogno di essere pulita e sconvolta, perché l'acqua era verde e nuvolosa. Dopo che i ragazzi si sono fatti nuotare, sono andati in camera per fare la doccia. Eravamo nella camera 230. Dopo 15 minuti di acqua, e dopo aver fatto scendere per controllare il cameriere, non c'era ancora acqua calda.Mio marito ci chiese di andare in una stanza diversa, così ci fu posto nella stanza 229, e naturalmente ci accertava che l'acqua si sarebbe riscaldata, come ha fatto. Tuttavia, ci fu così tanta molla sopra la doccia, era grosso. Ha bisogno di riparazione immediata. Poiché ci sono molti hotel nella zona, non ci sarebbe rimasto qui.

L'hotel è molto pulito e la stanza era enorme, ma ho dato un rating inferiore perché abbiamo prenotato una stanza sul livello esecutivo e pagato più specificamente per questo livello. La descrizione della suite specifica indica: “Questa suite offre accesso al Salone Executive con colazione continentale complimentare, snack e bevande e ricevimento del Manager”. Inoltre, “Il servizio di turndown è fornito di notte. “Andammo al Salone Executive alle 6:00 e la porta era chiusa. Sono andato al divano e mi è stato detto che la stanza era chiusa per 3 anni. Quando ho chiesto le strutture del Salone Executive, mi sono dato 6 biglietti per bere (1/night per 2 notti per 3 persone) e biglietti per colazione gratuita al ristorante. Abbiamo fatto un giro per il bar per usare i biglietti per bere, ma non ci sono stati snack, non ci sono bevande e solo 1 vino o birra/persona gratis. Questo non è assolutamente lo stesso di un Salone Executive! Inoltre, non c'è stato alcun servizio di turndown, come annunciato! Se avessimo saputo che questa era la situazione, non avremmo certamente pagato un prezzo più alto per una stanza a livello esecutivo!
