Hotel a Roermond, Paesi Bassi

It was our great pleasure to visit Roermond and the wonderful hotel De Oranjerie. I had such wonderful memories when i used to live in Roermond and witnessed the opening of the hotel. the hotel, despite its current renovations ticked all the boxes for us. the suite, the continental breakfast, the staff and the facilities were all top shelf as well as its location which was perfect ! We would love to visit again since Roermond is beautiful and to witness the transformation of this fantastic hotel.

Hotel literally next to the trainstation. But no worries: in 2018 reopend and therefore no noice of the trains as long as you use the airco and keep the windows closed. It is in the center of Roermond. And one can park the car below the hotel (if available) at no costs. We had bikes with us (as many guests had) and could park them in a special bike area. This had an extra lock on the door, so only the guests with bikes could enter this area. Really lovely. Also good beds and clean room and a modern bathroom. The breakfast is good and a lot of choice; fruits, yoghurt, various breads, a toaster, cheese, meat and sweet stuff to go with your bread and eggs, good coffee and pancakes. Fresh juice which you could make yourself. I probably forget something.... but one thing I know for sure: everyone could take what he/she wanted. On the other side of the rather busy road one could take a drink in one of the cafés. The walking area to the shops started there too. To go to the Designer Outlet takes a moderate person 15-20 minutes. To the river Roer 15 minutes and several markets 5-10 minutes. The only lesser thing which I can think of is that the smokers did go the terras in front of the hotel. Because they were allowed to smoke there. For people like me the place becomes a no go area then. All 8 tables around the place where we sat, did smoke. Sometimes 3 or 4 people at one table. It bothered me a lot, because although I don’t smoke, I had to smoke. My advise to the management: make an area for the smokers and separate it from the non smokers. Or tell people to smoke somewhere else.

We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Mooie grote hotelkamer met prachtige badkamer en heerlijk zitje. Goede bedden. Receptie bevindt zich op 100 meter van het hotel van de hotelkamers. Daar is ook 's ochtends het ontbijt. Het ontbijt was zeer goed. Prima Wifi en heel stil. Op 200 meter lopen bevindt zich het standje aan de Maasplassen en daar heeft het hotel ook een eigen beachclub. Hotel ligt op prachtige locatie. Vanuit hotel zijn de plassen overigens niet te zien. Hotel is beslist een enorme aanrader. Wij hebben er in ieder geval een heerlijk verblijf gehad, Minpunten: We waren er op een snikhete dag en de kamers waren wel heel warm. Geen airco. Het was veel te warm om buiten te zitten (geen schaduw). Parkeerplaats was vol toen wij aankwamen, niet met hotelgasten maar met strandgangers.

Der Empfang ist schon der gute Start. Das Personal ist mega freundlich. Das Zimmer bzw. die Suite - klasse! Modern, groß, vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Alles toll. Auch komplette Küche eingerichtet ist dabei. Gut, dass uns die Betten zu weich waren....ist Ansichtssache. Die Drinks an der Bar waren erstaunlich gut! Den Gin Tonic hätte keine Bar besser hinbekommen. Das Frühstück....äh....ja....Jugendherberge! Das beschreibt es vollumfänglich. Man bekommt was. Kantinenflair, Kantinenqualität. Nun ja. Die Lage des Hotels ist top!

Another great stay. Hospitality at the highest level. Beds you wanna stay in for the whole day, except coming out for a great breakfast! Very central situated to all great things Roermond has to offer: Nice shops, The Outlet, trips on the lakes, great variety of restaurants, including the one of the hotel itself.

Durante la nostra prima visita dopo pochi anni abbiamo trovato l'hotel e la nostra camera (301, molto tranquillo) esattamente così bella e mantenuta come avevamo ricordato. Il personale era super amichevole e utile. La colazione era ok. Peccato che in un paese come i Paesi Bassi ci fossero solo due tipi di formaggio noioso e relativamente sgustoso. Il nostro cane poteva andare a colazione. Questo è stato molto importante per noi, perché è ancora giovane. Tutto in tutto un bel soggiorno in una casa consigliabile.

L'hotel è situato al contrario della stazione ferroviaria. La mappa è molto precisa della posizione della galleria di immagini.Ma si prega di notare che il soggiorno è necessario andare alla stazione ferroviaria al contrario della strada per gestire questo hotel. Quando si va, sa perché si chiama l'hotel adiacente. La stanza è grande, le strutture sono buone, la prassi principale.La colazione è molto semplice e il panorama vicino alla finestra è buono.Camminare a Otles per circa dieci minuti. Devi camminare per strada per attraversare il tunnel sotterraneo. Non navigare per l'autostrada, non passare, andare verso il cielo.

Oggi, dopo un lungo periodo di pranzo di Corona sulla terrazza. Amichevole servizio e bello al fumetto. Il tosti era delizioso su 2 pezzi di pane grasso con un buon guscio di burro sul tosti. Questo ha avuto un toccaggio più cordiale. Purtroppo ho trovato il mio Spa rosso. L'ho preso in un bicchiere e ho pagato 2,70 euro per questo! Siamo stati seduti dietro di noi persone che non parlavano neanche di un bicchiere di acqua senza bottiglia ( hanno detto che sembrava un po' fastidioso, perché potrebbe essere anche acqua di lavagna) per €2,70. Nonostante l'acqua, è un posto per sedersi!

Excellent staff! Perfect location! Incredible good food! We had a wonderful New Years Eve! The menu at Damainz restaurant was creative and delicious! All staff members, hotel and restaurant, treat us like we were special guests always with a smile on their face and warmth from their heart! Thank you for your hospitality!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel in occasione di un fine settimana di shopping a Roermond designer outlet. L'hotel è situato al confine tedesco, a 6 km da McArthur e dal centro di Roermond. Le città di Düsseldorf e Maastricht si trovano a circa 50 km dall'hotel, e si deve sapere che l'hotel è situato a bordo di una città nazionale e che una macchina è indispensabile per raggiungere il centro. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è gratuito e il colazione è incluso nel prezzo della camera. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e ben attrezzata anche se la decorazione è un po 'vetetica. Tali osservazioni sono valide anche per il bagno. Non c'è nulla da ribadire sulla pulizia, come è il caso in Olanda. Il colazione è presentato sotto forma di buffet. La scelta è molto corretta, la qualità è buona e la sala è molto piacevole. Infine, il personale è molto accogliente e professionale.
