These people that someone who never checked me in before check me in double charge my card didn't tell me that they double charge my card and I could have used a different card then had the audacity not to give me a check out

Avevo un bel tempo di soggiorno presso le Suite Springhill. Le signore al divano frontali erano molto piacevoli e avevano un ottimo servizio clienti. L'interno dell'hotel era molto bello e pulito. Prenotammo la suite King e il letto era molto comodo.

Il servizio clienti è orribile

We decided to stay here for a night to be a little closer to the airport for our 6am flight the next day. Check in was simple, front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. There were a few people at the bar in the lobby-we would have hung out there but were with the kiddos. Did get some beers at the market area-a little expensive but was fine for what we wanted. Bathrooms in the lobby were spotless-which is always a good sign! We had two rooms and both were very clean and had everything we needed. Coffee pot in our room was broken, I could have probably used the one in our other room but was just trying to get out the door. No coffee in the lobby, but we left at 3:30am, so no fault to anyone there as it was so darn early. We got a king room and also a double queen for the rest of our party. The king room had a huge open space in it, maybe where a pull out sofa or something should have gone. We didn’t need it anyway, so didn’t care, but was a little weird. I think they must be renovating bc everything looked new, so maybe they hadn’t put in the sofa in that room yet. Great overnight stay, would stay here again if I was in the area.

La mia camera era molto pulita e aveva tutto quello che avevo bisogno n lì consigliere questo hotel ogni giorno gratis colazione calda ogni mattina duro cuoco mantiene l'ospite felice e pieno ... il lavoratore che lavora alla gente di prenotazione in front è bella e molto bella, assicura che tu abbia tutto quello che ti serve prima di andare in camera tua ... chiunque passi attraverso quella porta parla e offre acqua o snack ... lei è molto brava al suo lavoro
