Does not deliver Marriott experience in many ways. To note, I was staying at the Roch Airport Fairfield Inn for business on a Thursday and Friday night - just so happens, the PGA Championship was also in Rochester that week... Thursday night check in and sleep - no problem. Beds are ok. However, I did notice a faint smell of something I would describe as a combination of cigar smoke and mold. Not nice. Friday breakfast rather disappointing. Hot breakfast starts at 8am but when I arrived at 8:10, they were already out of all of the hot items for breakfast and no water in sight. Kitchen staff looked puzzled as to where the food had gone and took their time bringing out more. Food was welcomed and good. No water - get it from the workout room or front desk I was told. Really? Many chairs broken and uncomfortable to sit in. Went to shower after. No hot water. Shower handle barely moves. I do my best to wash in cold water (sink wasn't much better) and tell them at the desk of the issue. They seemed to have known about this! Told me ”it was supposed to be fixed yesterday” blah blah whatever. I would like another room then. NOPE - full up. It is PGA weekend! They did not suggest that all of the hot water MAY have been used up by the other guests...they knew they had an issue. Friday night about 10pm. Did they fix the hot water in my room? No one knows. Can I have another room? Nope - full up. I check the shower, no hot water and handle is now what I would call broken - would not shut off all the way. Guess I expected the no hot water thing but the broken handle? What is going on? Did maintenance mess something up more-so? I was awoken at aprox 11:30pm by the hotel manager knocking then entering my room - while I was sleeping. He immediately accuses me of ”flooding the whole hotel”. WHAT are you talking about?? The broken shower apparently was filling up the service space behind the shower...flooding my room floor, the next room over and 3 rooms below. He notices the handle is broken and shuts of water from service space. Strange thing then happens: he immediately produces keys for another room just around the corner. Other rooms miraculously became available for me and for 3 other guests. Truly a miracle when you have been told twice that they are full and there are no other rooms for you. Reality: they had rooms. Bigger rooms. No other amenities - just more floor space as it was a corner room. No one initially wanted to spend the 6 mins to type and change my room - so laborious. I had to ask for the one night compensation - they were not going to give that to me. NOPE. DAB

No Juice at all or Lemonaide all 4 nights. Reserved a room with a Tub . They did not accommodated that request. There was a pill on the floor in our room . The bed was very uncomfortable The pregnant blonde girl at front desk was very rude. Shower head was broken Room not cleaned asked for it to be cleaned . They came in on the 4th night and made bed and took out trash . The same stains were on nightstand ..3 rings from a cup . they left a red bottle of airfreshner or cleaner unlabeled in our room. Alarm went off in middle of the night the front desk yelled at my husband and told him they are dealing with it. I called customer service and Supervisor Melanie offered me 8000 points . I was there not on vacation. I was there because my Dad was dying he died on the last night of our stay...Not being able to sleep in a comfortable bed or partake in the amenities they advertised was very disappointing. We are booking 37 rooms for my Dad's funeral in Rochester and because of Choice dropping the ball we will go elsewhere . There was also a man from France that spoke very little English and he had a reservation however they told him they didn't have a room for him. After 2 hours they used the company card to get him a room at a different hotel .

E'molto vicino all'aeroporto, e va all'autobus dell'aeroporto, anche alle tre di mezzanotte.Devi fare la migliore scelta per il volo di prima notte.La colazione è finita un po'prima, le nove sono finite, ma puoi chiedere al cameriere di mangiare qualcosa. Altri simili a hotel rapidi, la stanza ha aria condizionata e pulita, e il servizio di ricezione è buono.Ci sono acqua calda e caffè gratis.

FEZIE SULLA SETTORE DI TOLETE. Sangue, abbassare, possibile vomito sulle casse di polso. Completamente orribile!! Non ho mai visto niente di simile! Il rip del desk front disse: “Lasciate che vi mostri un paio di altre camere”. Prima aveva anche quello che sembrava sangue sul contatore del bagno. Ha detto: “È solo un'armatura, non viene fuori”, ho preso un tessuto e l'ho svuotato subito. La prossima stanza aveva un mosquito enorme morto incorporato in uno degli asciugamani. Non ho idea di come questo hotel sia ancora aperto, ero così orribile. Avrei preferito dormire nella mia macchina, ma fortunatamente potevo prenotare altrove. orribile. La casa di qualità dovrebbe essere imbarazzata.

Questo è il mio secondo soggiorno qui. È convenientemente situato vicino al Genesee Valley Park, ospitato da molte gare di cross-country. Austin è stato estremamente accogliente e utile al check-in. Ci ha controllati in fretta, anche aveva raccomandazioni per cena che erano apprezzate. I miei figli amavano davvero lo spazio all'aperto e la nostra suite grande. Il colazione aveva molte scelte, così anche loro erano felici. In futuro rimarremo certamente qui.

Questo hotel inizia a mostrare la sua età, ma è mantenuto pulito. Ho soggiornato qui almeno 4 volte negli ultimi anni e non sono stato deluso. Il personale frontale è sempre bello e accogliente. Non c'è colazione gratuita, ma compramo il colazione con la nostra stanza. Quando arrivano riceveremo i nostri biglietti per colazione. Buon caffè Starbucks al mattino e un sandwich per colazione.
