Amazing hotel. I loved the location and the outlook from the pool was stunning. Lovely clean pool and terrace and never crowded. Great cocktails in the evening on the terrace. Good breakfast. Lovely and attentive staff. Loved it and will hopefully return.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband in July. This is an amazing hotel. Rooms are in small blocks, very private and well furnished and decorated. Lovely room and bathroom, felt very comfortable. Lots of small touches made the stay even better such as folding garden chairs if you want to sit outside the room overlooking the gardens. The pool is glorious with the most amazing views. We were made welcome and shown around, and given lots of information about the area. Breakfast was a joy, lots of fresh items available including local specialities. Breakfast can be taken in the restaurant or outside on the terrace. A car is a must to stay here as it is a little remote and there isn’t a restaurant for evening dining on site. We chose to walk into Rocomadour both evenings for dinner. The walk takes about 20 mins through the vineyards… very pleasant walk. Perfect!

What makes me come back year after year is the wonderfully quiet location, while being close to Rocamadour; I also appreciate the ‘look & feel’ of the place, with historic buildings combined with a new (retro-style) annex. Another plus is the beautiful view into the typical landscape of the area, in particular at sunset; there are now deck chairs around the premises to enjoy them. The car parking on the premises has moved and is now closer to the rooms. When you plan your arrival and departure, note the limited timeframes for check-in and check-out; call ahead or write if you expect arriving outside these hours – it is likely there will be nobody around if you don’t. Depending on which room type you booked, the rooms can be a bit ‘cosy’; storage for your clothing can also be a bit limited. While the beds are relatively new, they are not very comfortable; however, there are two pillows to choose from. The shutters and curtains keep the light out very well – a real plus. The bathrooms have bathtub (no shower); there is a shower curtain, but a shower rail is missing, so you can still not really have a nice shower. While good enough for one, there is limited space for toiletries for 2…3 people. In my room I was missing a dressing mirror (the only mirror is in the bathroom); the WiFi worked with my laptop, but I could not log in with my tablet (the log-in screen would simply not appear). I appreciated the little fridge to keep my groceries cold. The restaurant that was here before (for those who know the place from when it changed owner) does not exist anymore (the chef retired); in the room you will find recommendations and contacts for a selection of good restaurants in the area (good choices; try Martel – worth the drive…).

We booked this peaceful quiet hotel for two nights and so glad we did! The room we very clean and comfortable, should have booked earlier to get a view but plenty of view from the lovely pool (so necessary after a day of walking villages!). Deck chairs provided so everyone can enjoy. The breakfast was wonderful and healthy with fresh croissants, yogurts, fruit, cheese , cakes , muesli , pancakes , fresh juices and a cool boiled egg machine. The staff were very polite and helpful at every turn. As there is no evening restaurant but they had plenty of suggestions which we took and enjoyed.However I would strongly recommend you ask them to book your dinners well in advance (or do it yourself) as the good restaurants are very busy in the evening, even off season.

Nous avons l'habitude de faire des escales à cette période dans cette région dans des établissements plutôt typique et historique et là franchement ça vaut le détour ! on est bien accueillis, une vue imprenable, tout est propre, calme, spacieux et de qualité. Il est sûr que si vous passez par Rocamadour, c'est là qu'il faut se rendre ! (Et les chiens sont acceptés)

Petit déjeuner rempli de produits de la région. Chambre très confortable avec belle literie. Accueil rempli de chaleur humaine. Un site incroyable! Fortement recommandé pour visiter la région. À 2 km de la vieille ville, mais les stationnements sont gratuits et à côté des chambres.

La vue sur les vallées est magnifique, principalement, lorsque l'on est à la piscine. C'est un véritable havre de paix pour se ressourcer. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui est très généreux avec des produits locaux et de qualité, je conseille le pain d'épices au miel et framboise, absolument délicieux ! Nous n'avons pu rester qu'une nuit car l'hôtel était complet mais c'est certain, nous y reviendrons 😊

Un très bel établissement qui coche toutes les cases : une literie très confortable, propreté irréprochable, lieu magnifiquement rénové, piscine chauffée très grande, petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, et mention spéciale aux hôtes qui ont vraiment le sens de l accueil et de la satisfaction client.
