Il servizio al cliente e il colazione erano buoni.Ma il letto era orribile.Si calmò ogni volta che si muoveva.Dopo un lungo 10 ore di guida mi sentivo stanco e volevo dormire una notte decente, benchè mi sentivo peggio quando mi sveglio. Il letto doveva essere vecchio, il tetto nel bagno era pesante ho le foto e il contatore nel bagno non era mai stato pulito. Ci erano vecchie segni d’acqua sul bagno. E’ una buona cosa che viaggi con lavastoviglie e un contenitore di liscio. Ho soggiornato in un'altra suite di primavera e non ho avuto la stessa esperienza. Marriott deve davvero pagarmi per rimanere lì. Inoltre devono aumentare il loro gioco assicurando a tutti gli ospiti di avere una comoda notte di sonno. Aggiungo le foto dopo le ho prese sul mio telefono d'affari.

Long review ⚠️ Please read until the end. The evening we arrived at the hotel, my husband noticed the toilet was not flushing correctly. It began to fill up like it was going to overflow. We called the front desk and the lady told him there was a plunger by the trash can outside the hotel. It was late so we just decided to go to bed, and deal with it in the morning. When we woke, I called the front desk again and told the guy my name and room number. I explained that our toilet was not working and also proceeded to tell us about the plunger. My husband went to retrieve the so called plunger. When he returned to try to use it, he realized the rubber part was broken. I told the guy it was broken. He said ”was it broken when we got it or did you break it?” I told him it was already broken. He said there was another one on the other side of the hotel, so my husband went to retrieve it. I said ”is there not a maintenance person available?” He said ”NO! I am the maintenance guy, the manager, and the front desk clerk.” I said okay. Now comes the fun part... The manager proceeded to tell me that I was lucky to have not been kicked out of the hotel the night before. When I asked what he was talking about, he said ”You had 2 male visitors last night and we have a strict no visitors policy!” I told him I absolutely did not have any visitors. He said, ”They knew you, your name, what you were driving.” I continued to argue with him that my husband and I did not arrive at the hotel until late. We got ready for bed and laid down. He said ”Yes he knew that and so did the 2 male visitors.” By this point, I was PISSED! I told him I would be down soon to check out I was done. Minutes later, he was knocking at our door. I let him in and told him the toilet was fixed. He asked if he could look at it and explain what happened. He explained that he had the wrong room and wrong person. We both said nothing. He said he would just shut up and apologized for the mix up again. By this point, I was so perturbed at the accusations he had made, all I wanted was to go home. He left and we finished gathering our things. My husband locked up and gave me the hotel key to go check out. I walked in to the lobby wanting to speak my mind before we left, but realized a young child was behind the desk with him. So, I gathered myself and tried to be as polite as I could be, not wanting to cause a scene in front of the child. He kept trying to explain how he messed up and he would make adjustments to our bill. I said ”I appreciate the apology,” took the bill and ran to my vehicle as it was snowing. My husband reviewed the bill and noticed we were credited.....wait for it... $10. Yes $10.00! We had to laugh about it and started our 2 hour drive home. I was a bit upset that our Valentine’s weekend getaway ended that way. I called Econo Lodge headquarters and placed a complaint against this hotel, but wanted to let you all know how disrespectful this manager was to his guests.

Hotel molto bello situato in una grande zona piena di ristoranti e teatro cinema, bella camera.. La parte migliore era la signora Brenda, che era così gentile e piacevole parlare con lei (solo vorrei poter vincere un Jackpot a Rosie per divisarla, noi ci siamo scherzati) per la prima volta a Roanoke, e non sarà l'ultima volta.

Il personale era molto amichevole e professionale. La stanza era pulita. Il check-in era facile e veloce. C'era una squadra di calcio che si fermava all'hotel. Hanno un po'di rumore, così come alcuni bambini correvano in sala una notte. Il personale li ha chiesto di calmarsi entrambe le volte. Non sono mai rimasto in un hotel dove è stato fatto. Hotel più tranquillo che abbia mai soggiornato. È stato il tipico continentale di colazione. Il personale ha assicurato che la zona fosse mantenuta pulita e cibo disponibile. Menzionato al desk front, il bagno aveva una goccia. Lei si sentiva male che non l'avevo detto prima. Non era molto grande. La posizione era perfetta. Vicino all'aeroporto. Sicuramente consiglierei.

È stato un grande fine settimana in città! Siamo arrivati presto e siamo riusciti a controllare a 1030 un grande plus! La stanza era grande e spaziosa tutte le attrazioni erano ben posizionate in tutta la stanza con un'adeguata quantità di asciugamani e lavanderia fornite! Le ore di servizio di fronte mattina e sera erano piacevoli e così utile! Lobby entrato pulito, area di colazione pulita, piscina, centro commerciale, e giornata di fitness tutti operativi un grande plus! La stanza, la visita, il soggiorno erano perfetti, consiglio fortemente questa proprietà!
