This hotel offers everything you would expect from Radisson Blu standards: impeccable cleanliness, convenient amenities, pleasant staff. They let us check in early and check out late - much appreciated! The only downside is the location in the ministry neighborhood, which is a far from Riyadh‘s main attractions. This disadvantage wil be offset once Riyadh‘s metro is finally operational.

是老酒店，房間傢俱舊，沖涼花灑固定不能移動，連淋浴的門都拉不上。 不過早餐不錯，床還舒服。

利雅得真的給了我很多温暖和驚喜 第一次來沙特，十點多入境，十一點才在T5取到租車，冒着滂沱大雨，一路心情涼到谷底， 然而夜半時分到達麗笙酒店，前台賓至如歸的服務，瞬間讓心情陽光綻放。 主動幫助我們升級了套間，超級無敵炫酷， 空間大，設備新，咖啡機，大屏電視，滑道浴室，洗腳池，環背沙發，應有盡有。 酒店可以免費停車，車位多，可容納大車，注意停車時不要誤走酒店旁地下出口，否則輪胎會被地鎖扎爆。 酒店內早餐在三層，酒店內還有家庭間，會議室，以及本地特色的祈禱室。 早餐以中東半島特色和美西方為主，因為對面是沙特國防部，時常有穿軍裝的男士來就餐。 交通很方便，在主幹道之一上。距離馬斯馬克堡，沙特國家博物館，國王空軍學院都不遠。

酒店設施比較老了，位置還行，國防部對面。酒店早餐是吃過比較不錯的了。就是房間設施有點舊了。樓下有星巴克這點不錯。

酒店，房間設施相當老舊，感覺至少有20年了，房間內部設計也不合理，這個價格毫無性價比，至多三星的操作

酒店沒有服務意識，所有事情都讓自己幹，且員工不友好，像大爺，讓送咖啡，送的是茶，讓幫忙搬行李搬到樓下，等半小時都不來，直接導致我錯過飛機，且住了這邊一個月，員工服務態度差，像大爺，動作慢，消極怠工，早餐連續幾天沒有低脂牛奶，後面反映了，沒有任何改變，其實有供應，就是不進貨 ，任何超市都有，廚房採購都和供應商聯手為自己牟利傾銷全脂牛奶，很多規則，人不友好。不是以人為本的地方！不如阿聯酋！不會因為是老客人久任何優待，每個人包括接電話的前台都像大爺一樣！幾小時都不處理的送幾瓶水的事情，催一下竟然直接掛電話 。是誰服務誰，有必要那麼拽嗎？
