Hotel datato e bisognoso di rinnovo. Buona posizione. Servizio non adeguato al livello dell’hotel. Disattenzioni e mancanza di cura per il cliente. Abbiamo pagato per la camera con accesso alla Lounge e il servizio è stato non adeguato. Nessuna ospitalità né benvenuto. Abbiamo aspettato per 1 ora prima che ci facessero sapere qualcosa della camera. Livello di cibo (colazione inclusa) di gran lunga al di sotto delle aspettative.

Quando ho fatto il check-in inizialmente, tutto era adorabile. Mi hanno fatto pagare $80 per una persona in più nella stanza. La vista era incantevole e sono stato aggiornato come membro Gold Marriot. Il giorno successivo non fu così bello. Ho detto loro che avrei voluto prolungare e mi è stato detto che dovevo farlo tramite Booking. Che cosa? OK. Quindi ho riprenotato con Booking e immagino che non abbiano ricevuto le informazioni. Ho mostrato loro la prenotazione e ho pagato. Mi hanno chiamato incessantemente e sono stati maleducati anche se avevano il mio Amex in archivio. Era ridicolo quindi ho controllato e sono andato a Le Meridian. Molto meglio. Stai lì. È anche collegato all'aeroporto. Hanno diversi ristoranti e il personale è eccezionale. La vista era incantevole però al Ritz.

To the reception team who guided us, and the breakfast staff who brightened our mornings, thank you for showing us what true hospitality means. Let’s start from the front desk. The staff are very friendly and very helpful especially Mr. Ahmad and Nadeem they were so nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.  Housekeeping supervisor Mr. Mohammad was very understandable of the guests’ needs, and the young guy at the housekeeping NoorEdeen was professional.  Overall the hotel and the staff offered amazing hospitality, service and a great stay.

The stay at the ritz Carlton egypt hotel was more than good. We enjoyed the stay. It was unique. The service. The breakfast service and all its staff were wonderful.
