我們是凌晨到達辦理入住的，前台工作人員非常認真負責，第二天我們看完足球比賽就要去機場趕飛機，時間非常緊張，酒店禮賓部Concierge bellman易卜拉欣ibrahim給予我們很多幫助，讓我們無顧慮的看完球賽就乘坐酒店車輛去機場，非常感謝Concierge bellman易卜拉欣ibrahim。

Albergo situato nella "Digital City". Standard, accogliente e gentile il personale, sempre disponibile per aiutare e risolvere eventuali richieste. Eccellente la colazione servita a buffet , ricca di tutte le pietanze che potreste immaginare in questa zona: forneria con pane, brioche e dolci; frutta e succhi, verdure, uova, riso e piatti salati della zona e internazionali ... e molto molto altro. Anche il pranzo ottimo! la difficoltà è scegliere cosa mangiare: tutto purtroppo non sono riuscita... peccato per le bottigliette di plastica per l'acqua (una brocca o delle bottiglie in vetro grandi sarebbero più indicate). Piacevolissimo il deor esterno per rilassarsi con gli amici. Camera standard, grande con un bel bagno con doccia e vasca da bagno. 2 cose però segnalo: frutta incelofanata nella plastica (non è particolarmente salutare...) e temperatura (anche se in tutto il paese è così) eccessivamente bassa!! In camera per fortuna dopo qualche tentativo sono riuscita a spegnere l'aria condizionata, ma non potendo aprire le finestre la temperatura era comunque bassa; mi sembra assurdo dormire con il piumino in mezzo al deserto.... (spreco di energia, inquinamento e contraddizione ....... ).

Very smooth check-in and super professional and friendly staff. Sadeem was very helpful and patient and she helped me out throughout the whole process and explained everything in details. Seeta was very welcoming. Thank for the VIP treatment. Will definitely come back again!

Clean and spacious rooms, welcoming staff with Arabic coffee at the reception. Shout out to both receptionists Hatoun and Sita, thank you for your service! We asked to extend our stay as we have a late flight, and we were given until 4 pm! The overall experience was great.

i had a lot of pleasant experiences here but mainly due to a few individuals. alvin was such a sweetheart. so professional & caring. you can tell he’s happy to work here. carl in the lobby cafe. A+. a gentleman & kind spirit. always a pleasure sitting with him. i really enjoyed the Mosaique experiences. that brunch was phenomenal.. truly. i utilized their facilities, often. i was always in their gym & sauna, jacuzzi. an excellent set up, and the crew there was always on top of cleaning & maintenance. seriously… it doesn’t get better than that breakfast buffet. toptier. i only give a 4 star because i noticed charges & prices i didn’t authorize. but they’re not big enough to complain about. lovely stay. kindly, GTB

I began my stay at this hotel 20 days ago, and from the very first day, I've been treated better than at home – truly like a friend. The entire hotel staff has been exceptionally kind, always prioritizing my comfort and ensuring that the quality of services and food meets my expectations. They have, by far, exceeded them. This applies to everyone, from the reception team to the room attendants. I spend a significant amount of time relaxing in the restaurant area, where I like to extend my breakfasts to start the day with energy and peace. Every time I arrive, I'm greeted with a smile, and they already know what I need to be comfortable. I must give a special mention to Fruzsina. She is always incredibly helpful and, despite being very busy moving around the large restaurant, she's constantly attentive, ensuring everything is in order and that all diners are content. She consistently has a positive and energetic attitude. Menhem has become a new friend with whom I've enjoyed many pleasant conversations in the Lounge. By the way, it's the best coffee shop in the hotel, featuring live music, either piano or violin. Spending some time there in the afternoon helps me unwind from work and return to my room re-energized. Today, I had the pleasant surprise of finding a new decoration in my room, along with fruits, snacks, and flowers. Ramajan has ensured that I lack nothing, and every afternoon when I return, I find a perfectly organized space with a clean aroma and an energy that speaks of a job done with care. This level of attention isn't found just anywhere, and it truly shows a very well-managed administration with happy employees who are always ready to meet any guest's needs. I want to thank the hotel for their attentiveness up to today. Even though I still have a few weeks left here, I didn't want to wait until the end of my stay to express my high level of satisfaction. Congratulations to all team members, a big congratulations to the managers for building such formidable teams, and many congratulations to everyone who makes this hotel stand out. Excellent customer service for douglas, happy face and friendly person. Attend to all of my needs and ask if ever i need more of his service. For a 5 star hotel, douglas is perfect and fit
