My family had a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely attentive and responsive. They ran out of hand and face towels at one point during our stay, however, were quick to provide extra bath towels as a replacement. The property was absolutely beautiful. It truly felt like we were in the jungle or rainforest. Thank you for an amazing stay!

What an amazing hotel this was. Everything was 5 stars from the room, the beautiful well manicured greenery, the pools, the rooftop bar, the food, and best of all the team members working at the hotel. They were so friendly, kind, and so knowledgeable of the area. There was nothing to fault!

This Hotel is by far the best in Ubud for quality and service and it's not too far from centre. The rooftop bar is amazing, the guy who plays Rinik is absolutely a must! Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Staff is super friendly, they help you with everything you need on your stay including transport, tourist plans, everything! Breakfast is also great. We had a couple massage that we loved. Definitely will recommend and come back!

Everything was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, the swimming pool felt like was in the forest. Special thanks to the stuff they are very friendly and always helpful. it is 20 min far from the center of Ubud and near to the monkey forest. There is a shuttle working, but limited time schedule so consider that you will need to call taxi or rent a bike/ car for random hours.

The hotel is very peaceful and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They assist with transportation and recommendations around the area.

Five stars loved the quality of service and great prices. Would costs hundreds of dollars for similar experience in the US. I really liked the pool and the quiet area. Staff is very helpful and friendly. No hidden fees. No crazy prices for in house services

Very nice hotel deep in the jungles, beautiful scenery and delicious food. Also the staff was super friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you want to stay in Ubud or any area around. Highly recommend! I stayed there with my family, but it’s also good for couples.

Esperienza tutto sommato gradevolissima! Siamo stati due notti e abbiamo potuto provare tutti i servizi offerti dalla struttura. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite, ma la porta vetri del balcone non si chiudeva completamente, lasciando entrare molto rumore dall’esterno come motori (probabilmente dei condizionatori) e schiamazzi dei balconi vicini. La colazione è ottima e anche la piscina come i massaggi sono davvero pazzeschi. Abbiamo anche cenato in hotel la seconda sera con la serata live music grill, che però non ha rispettato a pieno le nostre aspettative. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene e torneremmo volentieri, consigliato!

Semplicemente una favola reception 24 ore al giorno.personale eccellente la nostra camera era strapulita confortevole e con una vista mozzafiato.la colazione eccellente ed anche il ristorante.ottimo punto per diverse escursioni.una favola

A beautiful oasis just out of the town centre of Ubud. A lovely quiet resort to come home to after a busy day site seeing. We had wonderful day trips with Agung, nothing was too hard for the beautiful staff here. Food and service was the best we've had in Bali. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our visit here the staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the breakfast was so delicious especially the scrambled eggs..... also they have a lot of activities like walking around the rice fields

Struttura stupenda personale gentilissimo. Un po’ fuori da Ubud ma con collegamento con la stessa con lo shuttle del resort durante tutta la giornata! Vi sembrerà di essere in un’isola di pace immersi nella giungla. La struttura organizza anche attività ed escursioni in tutta l’isola gestite dal loro personale! Noi siamo stati tre giorni in compagnia di Narmada, uno straordinario autista che ci ha fatto conoscere le meraviglie di Bali illustrandoci e spiegandoci ogni cosa come un vero amico!! Grazie di tutto

The ambience of the rooms is beautiful The rooftop here is good too. Very kind and happy stuff in this whole property. We were taken care of properly. We would like to thank each and everyone who were there to help us and for prompt attendance everytime.

Had the loveliest stay at Arkamara Dijiwa. From the moment my friend and I arrived the staff were so friendly and accommodating, they made sure we had everything we needed. I can’t thank the staff enough for making our stay so special. The Jungle suite was beautiful and spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing (had breakfast on the porch every morning and loved it!) Anytime we had problems with the bugs, they were taken care of promptly. Facilities were great, bathroom was huge and had a great sleep every night! Excursions were also very easy to organise and communication was very fast. I would love to come back here in the future.
