Anche se non privo di piccoli (?) inconvenienti (mancanza di ascensore, ecc.), Probabilmente perché era la bassa stagione, il prezzo era buono e il rapporto qualità-prezzo era buono. La camera, la pulizia, la colazione, ecc... Tutto era soddisfacente, e il personale era molto cordiale. Ho fatto del mio meglio per aiutare con la mia richiesta, Certo, rispetto alla Corea, è stato lento, ma in Italia il lavoro è stato fatto abbastanza velocemente. Spero che tutto il personale non perda il sorriso fino a quando non tornerà un giorno. Very good hotel, clean and friendly staff. Located near the tourist attractions and San Marino. Just be prepared for difficult parking as this is a tourist attraction spot.

Personale molto cortese e camere belle. Vicino alla spiaggia, colazione a buffet ben fornita. Considerato il prezzo è un affare! Ps: complimenti alla gestione!

L'hotel ha tutto quello che serve per un 3 stelle. Le camere sono state rinnovate, il wifi è presente e la colazione ben fornita (dolce e salato). Non manca nulla. Il personale è disponibile e gentilissimo. Da rivedere un po' il bagno: box doccia da rifare e almeno delle mensole porta shampoo / saponi, cosi non posizioniamo le cose per terra nel piatto doccia. I saponi: in 3 si fa fatica lavarsi con 2 bustine di shampo doccia. Il pavimento della camera non era pulito: camminare scalzo era veramente un problema. Per reato invece lenzuola e asciugamani ok. Se sistemate queste cose siete proprio un bell'hotel. Nel complesso, se dovessi ritornare un dimani a Rimini, ci tornerei

The property was clean and the service was great. My shower was working but the water took to long to go down. The curtain was not block out and the lights from outside was a huge distraction from sleeping.

I walked in and spoke in my happy voice because I teach Customer Service in a very large hospital system. To my dismay I only received a very dry return "Are you checking in" folled by " I need your ID". Kenyon who checked me in did not start the experience off well. One of the other guest waiting asked if the pool was open and he glared at her for a moment with a snappy reply of the time it closes. Please review Customer Service skills with him. Other than his unpleasantness the rest of the stay was fine.

It was a very clean and comfortable stay the mattress as so comfy! Close to the highway for early morning travel it was great.

Unfortunately, the first room I got had not been cleaned. The second room was pristine and well stocked with amenities. It was simple to get a new room. Desk staff was efficient.

I stay at this hotel when I come to Charleston because it always seems to have the best rates and I've never had a bad experience here. You get what you pay for, and this place is well worth it for the money

I loved staying at Best Western Airport Inn and Suites. The room I stayed was an actual suite and it was very nice and had plenty of room. It felt like home. The king sized bed was very nice. The receptionists were also very kind. A plus is the shuttle that takes you to and from the airport.

I didn’t like the fact that you could hear all the construction that was being done on the highway early in the morning.

Arrived an hour early and was offered a double queen room that was ready since king was not. There was no shower curtain… The floor attendant immediately got one. Then went to take a shower and no hair dryer in the room. Again one was obtained by the floor attendant. As the evening wore on it became evident the AC was not cooling - room temperature was stuffy despite set at 66 ( outside temp 60). We were exhausted and didn't want to pack and move; I didn’t say anything but intend to report it to the desk at checkout so it can be evaluated and repaired.

Always stay @ Best Western Plus in Myrtle Beach (only place I've ever stayed) each year for Bike Week. The Hotel is always clean, convenient @ reasonably priced with great morning coffee and more breakfast items than a bowl of cereal. They even provided towels to clean the bikes. The staff is always an 11 (on a scale of 1 - 10) professional, friendly & very accommodating. I expected and received the same experience in Charleston on a recent stay with my 87 year old Mother, who was there for a medical procedure @ MUSC Charleston. My "go to" home away from home. Very satisfied!

The reception staff was excellent. Once I got to the bedroom was good however the bathroom was not at all equipped for a disable as I asked. The toilet was very low and not bars to help to get up. I was not able to used it instead used a female urinary container I traveled for situations like this. I was not able to get in a bathtub with bars. I specifically asked for a shower. Very disappointed and made my staying difficult.
