Very noisy, hard to sleep. Pillows are very uncomfortable. There is no gym and the location is not very beautiful

Houve uma confusão na hora do check-in eu havia reservado dois quartos e havia apenas um em meu nome.
O hotel poderia verificar as tampas de vasos sanitários pois nos dois apartamentos estavam soltas , são de péssima qualidade, o ar condicionado quando liguei começou a descer aqua sem parar mas imediatamente reclamei e subiu um rapaz da manutenção e sanou o problema

Péssimo . Odor desagradável de desinfetante nos quartos, elevador com carpete imundo e recepção pouco cordial . Fora do padrão ibis .

A recepicionanista Valline nos recebeu muito bem mais hotel poderia deixar a disposição dos hóspedes un café e água. E disponibilizar acesso a academia nas redondezas e melhoras os valores do cardápio e ///=======≈//=/////////////////

Quarto limpo, cama macia. Atendimento da recepcao (Vanile) excelente. De frente com igreja, próximo a shopping Barra. Segurança, café da manhã completo, hospitalidade. Banheiro limpo. Restaurante aconchegante. Disponível ferro,,

Excelente staff. Maria Jojo e Vanile gave us great support. They were very attentive to me and my team at all times we stayed at the hotel. There is a big mall right in front of the hotel as well, which is very convenient in what regards attending urgent needs of amenities.

Quarto aconchegante, limpeza boa, café da manhã com bastante opções, banho com.uma.boa regulagem de temperatura. Hotel bem espaçoso no geral. Funcionários bem treinados e atenciosos. Principalmente ( Maria).

Stefany, Aryanny, e Suzana tem o melhor atendimento. O restaurante tem um café da manhã excelente. O pessoal sempre muito agradável e disposto ajudar os hóspedes do hotel. Mas a recepção e exclusivamente às 3 pessoas da recepção tem um atendimento diferenciado

Maria was our server, she was so helpful and sweet at all times. Great energy and a great worker to have as a part of your team! Everyone who helped us the night prior to prepare food was great even though we had a team of 20 people. The cooks kept bringing out food & served us politely.

Maria is very nice kind and helpful. She served us with great pleasure and kindness. She is a fantastic server. She took the time to make sure everyone needs met and helped us with whatever we need. She was a blessing to us all. She brought us everything. We need her joy and passion for her job exceeds most servers.

We are at the hotel on a trip visiting friend and had an amazing service with Maria, she was very friendly and attentive during breakfast. She ensured that all the breakfast items were continually stocked and the breakfast bar was clean. Thank you again for the service Maria!

Beside the fact that this is a new Hotel, with about 6 months since it had been opened, this hotel keeps the IBIS known quality, with comfortable bed, hot and good shower and a sort of TV channels for your night stay. Also, you have a new Shopping mall in front of it, which makes your life easy if you need to buy something. The breakfast is really good with a variety of breads, fruits, yogurts and cereals.
