房間不算大，但乾淨衞生，窗外景色非常震撼，在房間裏就可以看見山巒雲海

第二次入住這個酒店，三年前在booking 上預訂的房間在三樓，床在上面的，三樓過道看上去更像酒店的感覺，這次攜程上預訂的，房間在四樓最後一間，窗户沒有之前三樓的大，但小而精緻房間還是挺温馨的一個人住，通常早餐後去徒步，下午三點左右回到酒店水療強烈推薦喲😊

這個酒店是指定入住的，瑞士的環境簡直沒有吐槽點，小而精緻，服務雖然沒有那麼的熱情，也許是文化不同，會感受到禮貌。

Sehr schade…. Swiss Quality ist nicht mehr was es war. Leider alles sehr lieblos. Wir haben ganze 3 freundliche Mitarbeiter im Hotel getroffen. Das bad war völlig überloffen… Schade schade schade…

環境好，位置也不錯！

Il luogo e il panorama meritano 5 stelle, per la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale lo stesso. I prezzi sono estremamente cari, se si considera anche la cremagliera che porta su, il parcheggio sotto, ed eventualmente il pernottamento e la cena all'hotel, si arriva a spendere per un week end una bella cifra. Alle terme darei 3 stelle, troppi bambini, l'acqua dicono 35 gradi ma non è caldissima, le saune sono un po' lontane dalla piscine. Bellissimo il panorama visto dalla piscina esterna, che è collegata con quella interna. Nel complesso un bel posto, ma ho visto di meglio in Italia e all'estero.

Very similar to other review this hotel is a cliche of Switzerland: expensive, frugel, hospitality at its worst . But for the mountain , a big disappointment. The bottom line - to enjoy the mountain , you can take the transportation from the lake and do not have to stay captive in the hotel . The rooms are very basic (very) bathroom is hostel level . Now the dinner staff were extremely rude. Clearly they know you have ed no choice . As for the Spa .. facility is nice but it no relaxation - more a family resort . It's ok but don't advertise serenity . The treatment was not professional. So even if it's not part of the hotel , the spa is strongly advertised. No , definitely not recommended.

The location is so beautiful and the internal connection to the Spa is very conveniente. However, the breakfast was poorly organised and food quality could be better. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with their service since the heater in our room did not work (-5 °C outside) and the only option provided was extra blankets (no room change, nobody available in-house to check the heater, no extra electric heater...), so we could not enjoy the room.

We had a very good experience. The view from the room was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. We also had a nice time at the bar, in a very cosy atmosphere with the fireplace. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Rigi Kaltbad. The name is not so good: the Kaltbad is a place, and the baths are nice and warm. we had clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and access to the spa included in our stay. They are easily accessed from the hotel. I loved the design of the baths, not big but very nice. For dinner we went elsewhere so I cannot comment. a very good three star hotel, with nice service.

I stayed at Rigi Kaltbad last August and it was wonderful. Panoramic views of the mountains, dining and a VERY relaxing mineral bath spa experience. Fast forward to today: young parenting couples bring their infants, toddlers, plus older to the mineral pool. They jump, play, scream and no one seems to care. The spa is managed by a separate company. After a 4 hour hike I wanted to luxuriate in a quiet, serene setting. So, if you want to bring your children to a wellness spa to relax; enjoy this NOW family oriented resort. BTW, the rooms are antiquated and need a facelift. One sinks into one's own mattress and it is like falling into a "V." Restaurant is less than wonderful. However, on a positive note, the staff is amazing!!! PS - Stay away from the steam room; there was green nose stuff on the floor!!!! Read less Date of stay: July 2024

The hotel is blessed with a spectacular location. Located above a great wellness center accessible through the hotel. The staff at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, checking us in efficiently. Dinner staff was very attentive, friendly and qualified. The food served as a four course meal was mediocre at best, not very tasty although presented very well. Breakfast selection was adequate except for the staff that barely understood German or English!!! The room we had was very small, no coffee or amenities considered normal for a hotel of this class. No sope in the showers is not acceptable. A fridge or mini bar would have been helpful too. Though the wellness center excelled we probably wouldn’t come back to this hotel

This is a great place to stay. There is a pool on site and you are provided with towels and robes to use the facility. The hotel is well located with lovely walks starting right out the front. The views are spectacular. Breakfast was included in our package and excellent with pastries, juices and other selections. The hotel is obliging with storage of luggage and the check in staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and it was one of the highlights of our trip. There are a couple of shops close by for ice cream and souvenirs. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station.
