This place is so clean and fancy. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and the bellboy was also very helpful. I had a great time staying there. The only thing to complain about is that you can hear people talking outside and when walking to the elevator you can hear conversations from every room. Also, it’s very close to the airport so it gets a bit noisy during the night.

The most unique room we stayed in Canada. The bathroom was Great! Love it! The gym has peloton bikes and Lululemon studio. Super awesome!! The distance to the train is not super near, but all is good with Uber. Not forgetting the complimentary airport transfer;) there is a landline that you can use to arrange for airport pickup at the airport. So fret not.

New hotel located at Bridgeport Road, Richmond. 10 minute drive from Vancouver airport which is extremely convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Interior is clean and neat. My wife’s birthday and we got upgraded to a corner king bed suite for free. They are using Sealy mattress which is very comfortable and the pillows are very good as well. Not many hotels are providing Dyson hairdryer and have a bath tub which is quite new. Overall, the stay for the 10 nights are very comfortable and I highly recommend your stay in this hotel. Got a nice view from the room.

The room felt a tad small but the bathroom was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice too. Would stay again.

I had great experience at the hotel. Friendly staff. Good valet services. Clean suite. Filtered water services with a multiple refills. They also accommodated us with our request to check in early before noon. I slept very well too in the comfy bed.

This hotel is very nice and located conveniently in Richmond. Only downside was there were no street parking nearby.

This cannot be rated a 5-star hotel, for the price they charged we expected a 5-star experience but this hotel can be rated 3-star at the best.

Our stay was only for one night before taking an international flight. The hotel was an amazing place to get a good rest before travel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with an incredible bathroom. There are many restaurants nearby and the local night market and outlet mall are within walking distance. The airport is just a quick 5 minute drive from the front doors. We highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay before travel.
