Recentemente mi sono fermato in questo e ho avuto il piacere di interagire con Dominica, il concierge del desk front. Dopo avermi accolto, lei era amichevole, efficiente, e mi ha assicurato che il mio soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile. Il giorno di Natale, Dominica è andata di sopra e di là per assicurare che io e la mia squadra avessimo una vacanza memorabile. Ci ha aiutato con le richieste che avevamo, e il suo piacevole e professionista desiderio ci ha resi benvenuti e a casa. Non posso raccomandare Dominica abbastanza. Ha fatto davvero il nostro soggiorno speciale, e in futuro sarò certamente tornato all'hotel grazie al suo eccellente servizio clienti. I took my young sons over to help celebrate my youngest son turning eight next week. We wanted to stay somewhere that would be fun but also relaxing for me. The hotel was everything it was said to be on the website. Everything was clean, which I've had such a hard time with in the past at other places, so this was quite refreshing to not have any issues. I wouldn't say that I'm a neat freak but I definitely expect things to be clean to the point you don't see signs of the previous guests. We used the pool twice during our one night stay. It's a beautiful indoor area, but it's open to the outside, facing the marina. It's very comfortable and set up well. I was able to relax and watch the boys enjoy the saltwater pool. The pool is actually what made me choose this place because I knew it was the most important thing to my son's. Our room was a double Queen room on the top floor, facing the mountains not the water. That is definitely not a view worth bragging about, so if you can get a room facing the marina, I suggest you do. The room itself is extremely comfortable, and clean. Equipped with a kitchenette so you have everything you could need during your stay. My favorite thing was the soaker tub. It was a little hard for the boys to get in and out of that tub/shower combo, but we made it work. The fireplace was nice, located at the end of one of our beds. The AC is a splitter so it works extremely well! The room had comfortable robes and slippers, plenty of towels and nice premium bedding! I am a total bedding snob and I was not disappointed! The pillows were feather pillows, my favorite! We ordered room service the night before and it was delivered on time and was absolutely delicious! Even after they add a 20% service charge, it's still reasonably priced and quality food! I really have nothing but great things to say about this place, which is so refreshing after the horrible experience I had booking with iTrip Northwest last week in Lincoln City. The Lodge at Columbia Point restored my faith in traveling and I will be back...soon! If you ever do have issues, the staff is so friendly, I guarantee they would clear it right up if given the chance! To all of the staff at this wonderful hotel, thank you for everything you do!
