Dal momento della nostra arrivo al momento della nostra partenza, il personale era sempre in grado di fornire un servizio eccellente e ospite. Arrivammo molto tardi la notte e ci incontrammo immediatamente con le calde benvenute e piatti di cibo salvati per la nostra arrivo. Il giorno dopo ci siamo avvicinati al ristorante completo sopra il bar e la zona di accoglienza e siamo stati felici di trovare una varietà di colazione calda e fredda, caffè e bevande dolci. Poi abbiamo fatto il nostro viaggio alla piscina e abbiamo trascorso il giorno del sole; il bar sul lato della piscina che fornisce bevande alcoliche e dolci, nonché pasti locali per gli ospiti di accogliere. Il pranzo e la cena erano sempre grandi e ci sono state fornite una serie di piatti locali freschi e la salata greca quanto potevate mangiare! Visualizzata l'isola vicina di Symi e il continente turco, nonché tutti i negozi, bar e ristoranti che potresti avere bisogno. Raccomando molto questo hotel a qualsiasi famiglia, coppia o amico che cerca una via tranquilla nel quintessentissimo paese greco e spero di tornare presto!

Al momento sono sdraiato su un lettino a bordo piscina, il nostro aereo parte tra poche ore, quindi sto sfruttando questo tempo per scrivere una recensione. Il check-in dopo l'arrivo in hotel (ultima domenica intorno alle 21:00) si è svolto senza intoppi e siamo riusciti anche a cenare, che viene servita fino alle 21:30. In generale il cibo qui è vario, ognuno sceglie quello che vuole, sia per colazione, pranzo o cena, al mattino e al pomeriggio veniva servito anche uno spuntino. A volte capitava che mancasse del cibo, ma lo rifornivano nel giro di pochi minuti. È successo una o due volte che abbiamo aspettato un tavolo per un po'. Le donne delle pulizie e il personale in generale erano gentili e simpatici. Bevande, birra e vino venivano serviti nei bar come parte del trattamento all inclusive fino alle 23:00, dopodiché si pagava. Una volta abbiamo cenato in un ristorante greco dove sono stati serviti aperitivo, antipasto, portata principale (a scelta tra 4 portate) e dessert. Personalmente mi è piaciuto, ma ce n'era troppo. Siamo stati alloggiati in bungalow al primo piano con vista sulla piscina a circa 30 metri dal luogo in cui si svolgeva il programma serale. La musica era a tutto volume, quindi non era possibile addormentarsi fino alle 23:30 circa. Anche se il bungalow è stato danneggiato un po', non lo affittiamo. C'è anche la doccia e la vasca, ma nella vasca non c'è la tenda, e quando qualcuno entra nel bungalow vede praticamente subito la vasca. Hanno dovuto sostituire l'aria condizionata il terzo giorno del nostro soggiorno, perché non si raffreddava quasi per niente, dopodiché è andato tutto bene. Gli asciugamani e gli asciugamani da bagno venivano cambiati ogni giorno e venivano anche riforniti di shampoo e gel doccia quando finivano. La camera dispone anche di un piccolo frigorifero, asciugacapelli e TV, ma non l'abbiamo mai accesa, bollitore elettrico + tè, cassaforte. I lettini e gli ombrelloni in piscina e in spiaggia erano già compresi nel prezzo, ma i lettini dovevano essere prenotati la mattina. La maggior parte della spiaggia ha un accesso difficile all'acqua a causa degli scogli, proprio al confine del resort vicino al porto c'è una spiaggia sabbiosa con lettini, doccia e buffet. Il rettile ogni tanto poteva essere ripulito dalle alghe, per il resto stava bene, il fondale era sabbioso, le scarpette per il mare non sono necessarie, e anche il boccaglio è inutile. I teli mare possono essere cambiati fino a 3 volte a settimana, ma bisogna andare la mattina presto, altrimenti siete sfortunati. Abbiamo noleggiato un'auto dall'autonoleggio locale per un giorno (una Fiat Panda a 60€ compresa l'assicurazione) e la mattina siamo andati a vedere la valle delle farfalle (ai bambini è piaciuta moltissimo) e il pomeriggio siamo andati a vedere la città di Rodi - una città bellissima, consiglio di andarci tutta la giornata, c'è cosa guardare. Non posso non citare i gatti che si possono trovare in tutta la zona, ristorante compreso. La connessione Wi-Fi funzionava abbastanza bene, tranne un giorno in cui cadeva abbastanza spesso. Nel complesso, valuterei la soddisfazione e starei a 4 stelle. Quello che apprezzo è che, anche se il check out è fino alle 11:00, potremmo comunque andare a pranzo oggi e utilizzare tutte le strutture dell'hotel fino alla nostra partenza alle 17:00.

Having frequented a lot of hotels I would compare my stay in July 2023 to a Quality Inn found at motorway services in the UK. Staffing wise they were friendly at the Bar and Waitress, the housekeeping was exemplary and supplied new clean towels daily if you placed them on the floor, she also made the bed and cleaned the floors daily if required. Room, as stated Quality Inn but not as large in the two single beds were given that had the annoying habit of splitting apart. The balcony looked over the garden and car park. Air conditioning is an extra paid up front and electrics are worked by key not a individual card so when you leave the room it switches of supply as room key and electric are on same fob. The poorest part is the small bathroom which is not suitable for disabled or larger occupant. The glass door could not open fully and was ajar as it came in contact with wash hand basin. The shower and WC were divided by a tiled wall and the shower was a hand held and attached to wall when required. It sprayed continually on the floor and the floor was a wet room but was not sloped to the drain to prevent puddles. The drain had no ”S” bend and sewage smells coming from floor and wash hand basin were the result daily. Poor design and building regulations. Access to shower and WC were very very confined and we needed to squeeze past the wash hand basin and dividing wall to get access to WC, my shoulders were near touching both walls. The WC had issues with water pressure and did not clear on first or second flush. Water temperature of Basin or Shower was adequate but lacking in pressure as regards shower. Towels were nice and fresh and fluffy in our experience. If you get bothered by airplanes at all times passing overhead this is not the Hotel for you. Food, this can be split into two parts. The Breakfast supplied was low as it had the same continental selection every day. A good selection of Breads/rolls. The cooked breakfast was luke warm to cold depending on the day and was made up of hotdog sausages or wafer Ham fried. The eggs were cold in no small part to non heaters from above servery, this applied to all hot items to be fair. The Coffee and Tea were let down by Milk or non real milk. The selection of Juice was hampered by being very diluted and not fresh. If dont like presence of cats while you eat this hotel is not for you. The Bar supplied a selection of beverages and the Beer was fine on Draught. The staff were attentive day or nigh and is the greatest part of the positivity of this hotel. Food supplied was basic but had no faults with the snacks supplied. Pool, the common pool is not heated and was adequate. The children pool is not great in size. The children play are is a swing and small Shute. Biggest gripe not enough canopy or umbrellas for occupants and this goes for the adjustable sun loungers but mostly made up with hard plastic ones that are fixed.
