105 - A Townhouse Hotel

Terrific! Definately will book again when I visit Iceland next time.

房間非常好，有廚房烤箱餐具，地址也靠近市中心。但是！如果沒有漫遊電話可以聯繫店主，就不要定，郵件不會聯繫的，我等到入住前，甚至退房後，都沒有收到過它任何郵件。衹能打電話聯繫，有一個24小時在線的客服，但如果一直等郵件，衹怕入住就會有問題（確實門口有人因為聯繫不上發愁）。

オススメしません。 他の方の口コミ通りでした。 前日になってもセルフチェックインコードが送られてこなかったので、予約サイトに連絡して確認してもらったところ、直接ホテルに電話をしてくださいとのことでした。 アイスランドで使っていたeSIMが通話に対応していなかったので、チェックインコードをテキストで送ってもらえるように頼みましたがなぜか送ってもらえず、直接チェックインの方法を教えるから15時にフロントに来てほしいと言われました。 15時過ぎにホテルに行きましたが、フロントはなく、そもそもホテル内に入るにもコードが必要になるため、ロビーにも辿り着けず寒いなか外で凍えました。 たまたま通りかかったスタッフにチェックインの方法を教えてもらい、無事チェックイン出来ましたが、ただチェックインするだけなのに1時間もかかりました。 チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえるとのことでしたが、連絡が取れないので結局バスターミナル近くのコインロッカーに預けました。本当に最悪の経験でした。 あとで分かったことですが、ホテル直通のメールアドレスはなく、電話しか出来ないとのことでした。今どき電話オンリーなんてありますか？信じられません。

One of the only hotels that has private facilities in Reykjavik. Small but cozy, but you don't spend much time in your room. In walking distance from many places. This room has a kitchenette. Daily housekeeping. If you need extra towels and toilet paper there are some near the elevators. Had problems checking in so we called the number and someone came quickly and sorted it all out. Not much lighting in the room.

I went into my room, to find someone else lying in the bed naked, apparently I had been double booked and my card still normally worked to get in to this other persons room. Absurd stuff. They moved me to their sister hotel, which was further and really affected our plans. The hotel breakfast was horrible, and pretty much all the items were gone if you dident go early enough. Our room was full of dust, untidy and in general just very glum. We were promised a half of the price refund, which I was chasing for 6 months before giving up. Their manager Jokull Thomason has been constantly lying on the phone, saying he's working on it, without really progressing the issue at all. Jokull Thomason never, not even once, said that the refund would not be coming, instead he kept on promising and apologising. Bizarre behaviour, please save your money and yourself from headaches and go somewhere else.

Fantastic stay, would highly recommend anyone looking to book. Safe on street parking outside hotel. Great Location, rooms were well equipped with everything we needed. Great coffee too! Self serve check in/out was straight forward and hassle free with good communication from the host. Area felt safe (as does the whole of Reykjavík) we had a very nice rental car and had no concerns over leaving it on street over night. There was some noise from the street as other reviews have mentioned (mainly the odd loud car) but we did have the window open - and this did not really affect our stay at all.
