Reykjavik: hotel sulla spiaggia

Leke Yavke Grant è un famoso hotel locale. Le caratteristiche dovrebbero essere ristoranti. Ci sono molti certificati premiati dai cuochi e hanno fatto un po'di ricchezza alla Casa Bianca. La ricetta è molto entusiasta, cioè prestare attenzione a vivere in alto livello sopra i cinque livelli, perché il tubo d'acqua del torre di quattro livelli ha ancora un sapore dolce e non è molto accettabile.La stanza è OK, si può vedere la cattedrale e lo scenario del mare.

We stayed for 3 nights, hotel is at a perfect location close to restaurants. 5mins to harbour and 15mins to church. Taxi available right in front. Breakfast was great with good spread. Staff replenishes quickly. Front reception are okay. Two things I would like to honestly comment: - due to weather conditions, roads were close and we nearly couldn’t make it to check in, hotel did not give any flexibility of cancellation understanding the conditions. I don’t think it’s fair. They still wanna charge us. - after check in the room, toilet bin are not clean with sanitary pad found and floor hasn’t been clean with some food flakes on the ground too.

This hotel has a lot going for it, but it's held back by the fit and finish of many of the hotel's spaces. Overall, the hotel just feels dated. The red carpet in all of the halls is faded and stained, the wood floor in the room had a lot of damage, and the spa is way past its prime. On a positive note, the furniture in the room has been updated recently and the pieces were nice plus I found the bed to be very comfortable. Also, breakfast was really good! The service at the hotel was also great. But that spa, ugh. It's a perk of being a gold/diamond member, but the spa is just not in good condition. Most urgently, something needs to be done about the steam room, it smelled awful while we were there and even made other parts of the spa smell. But overall, the spa was just not in good shape with damage everywhere. Also, the location of this hotel isn't great if you're looking to explore Reykjavik but, if like us, you want somewhere with free parking for you to explore the rest of Iceland, then this is a great location for you.

Buon hotel situato leggermente fuori dal centro di Reykjavik. In auto sono 5 minuti mentre a piedi la strada è ovviamente più lunga circa 15/20 minuti. Pulito e silenzioso buona qualità/prezzo. Il personale non è sempre presente xké è un self service hotel e se volete che sistemino la stanza dovete farlo presente. All'ingresso ci sono due macchine x caffè, cioccolata ecc gratuite. Parcheggio fuori hotel gratuito e trovato sempre disponibile.

Un buon hotel, nel quale abbiamo soggiornato per due volte, all'inizio e alla fine del nostro tour. Posizione un pochino defilata rispetto al centro; sono comunque presenti alcuni ristoranti nelle vicinanze, comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Camera standard non grandissima, ma comunque sufficientemente spaziosa, per chi, come noi e come molti altri l'ha utilizzata per una sola notte. Colazione con una buona scelta di dolce e salato. Parcheggio forse un po' piccolo rispetto all'utenza, ma in qualche modo siamo riusciti sempre a sistemare la nostra auto. Le camere sul lato strada, se vi è necessità di aprire la finestra, sono un po' rumorose per via di autobus turistici che vanno e vengono ad ogni ora, anche dall'albergo antistante, lasciando il motore acceso. Personale alla reception gentile.

Abbiamo visitato amici in Islanda e abbiamo trascorso 2 notti all'Holt Hotel all'inizio della nostra visita. Il personale era fantastico, cordiale e amichevole. L'hotel è sul lato vecchio, ma la posizione è fantastica ed è stato ben mantenuto. Abbiamo apprezzato l'arte unica e l'atmosfera più antica, ma se vuoi elegante e moderno questo non è il posto che fa per te. La stanza era piccola rispetto all'America, ma completamente funzionante. La colazione tradizionale, in particolare i dolci, erano incredibili. Non abbiamo lamentele e abbiamo pensato che abbiamo fatto un ottimo affare.

Ottimo albergo. Camera familiare di dimensioni favolose per 2 adulti e 2 adolescenti - letti grandi e comodi adeguati per tutti e senza divani letto! Deliziosa colazione a buffet con cibi caldi e freddi. Ci piace la posizione che è a circa 20 minuti dal centro città ma locale per una fantastica piscina con molte sorgenti termali di temperatura variabile. L'hotel aveva un parcheggio gratuito, quindi era molto comodo per noi con un'auto a noleggio. Anche la spa all'interno dell'hotel era un vantaggio. Il ristorante e il bar all'interno dell'hotel servono ottimo cibo. Tutto il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Se mai dovessimo tornare in Islanda, torneremo sicuramente qui.

Sebbene non sia sicuramente un soggiorno di 5 stelle, l'Ostello Bus è stato un posto conveniente per il mio amico e io alloggiare durante il nostro soggiorno a Rek. E'incredibilmente utile che la maggior parte delle tour e delle esperienze di autobus si fermino, rendendo super facile solo scorrere fuori dal letto e iniziare il giorno. È un po'di viaggio per arrivare al centro di Rek, ma ci sono molti scooter elettrici che vi porterà lì in meno di 10 minuti. Sarebbe stato più bello vedere più eventi sociali, ma le docce erano un po' sporche, e anche se ancora sopportabili non direi che fossero l'accento della mia permanenza. In generale lo consiglierei se stai cercando un ostello affidabile e conveniente.

This hotel was booked by the tour company and the reviews were good. We arrived after a stressful start to the holiday and immediately felt relaxed when we met Mike & Dido. They helped us to plan the excursions and suggest a place to eat, which luckily was a block away, as it was windy, cold and snowing. Would suggest you pay a visit to Ginger, the healthy fast food place. The rooms were a good size, warm, comfortable & clean, with a small fridge. The water was hot and as you would expect in Iceland has a slight sulpher smell. The beds were certainly comfortable. Breakfast was self service continental with Dido herself making fresh waffles, endlessly. Although we didn't use the bar the seating area was pleasant.

hotel parte di una catena diffusa in tutta l'Islanda. Molto moderno e, sebbene non tipico, bello. il buffet della colazione è veramente molto ricco e c'è un VEGAN CORNER con formaggi e creme varie. anche per i pasti, opzioni vegane. l'hotel ci ha preparato una breakfast box to go anche per la mattina in cui abbiamo preso l'aereo presto. le stanze sono calde e moderne e il personale è gentile. operazioni di check in rapide e fluide. consigliato.
