If you’re looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service, Hotel Amaryllis Kathmandu is the place to be. The hotel is located in a prime area, close to many of Kathmandu’s most famous landmarks, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Hotel is in good location, staff was friendly who checked in us. I loved the room as they were quit big and comfortable, had an air conditioning in the room too. Shower facilities was good but could be better, plus point hot shower was available and bonus bath tub was available as well. Kettle was provided to us with drinking water, could be better if tea and coffee was available but staff was superb as they provided us with tea and coffee on request. Overall, it was excellent for me, in comparison to price, room sizes, location and friendliness of the staff. I even recommended my friend to stay as I was there.

The room was good and tidy. But the bathroom was poor, the bathtub had stains, water pressure was very low, you will struggle to get water from the shower head if held above knee height. Bathroom window strangely set denying privacy. The room was sizable and tidy. The fridge was loud and I had to switch it off at night. The location is great near the embassies and walkable tourist sites nearby. Very helpful staff.

Really impressed by this hotel and the staff. They arranged a great tour for me on a really tight schedule and it was cheaper than other tourist agencies I checked. Out. Hotel is up as side street and very quiet and clean, and I booked to stay here for one last night after 3 nights previously, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and return.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting kathmandu.

Stayed again when i got back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. Overall nice stay.

ทำเลดี สะดวกในการเดินทางใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้ง แต่ค่อนข้างเก่า น้ำอุ่นต้องใช้เวลานาน3นาทีกว่าจะอุ่น แต่ก็เหมาะสมตามราคา ประตูห้องเป็นกุญแจแบบโบราณค่อนข้างล้อคยากมาก อาหารเช้าดีพอใช้ได้ โดยรวมถือว่ายังให้ผ่าน

お部屋は清潔感があって、一人旅でしたが二人でも泊まれる広さがありました。使い捨ての石鹸やシャンプーはあります。ドライヤーも言えば貸してくれました。

위치가 좋습니다. 타멜에서 아주 가까우면서도, 적당히 떨어져 있어 이동이 쉬윘네요. 매니저가 친절합니다. 로컬버스 타는 장소를 알려줘 여행이 더욱 풍요로와졌어요. 12시 체크아웃인데 2시까지 연장해 줬습니다. 온수 잘 나와요. 저렴한 가겨으로 쉬다갑니다.

Questo hotel è stato una vera delusione. Ci siamo fatti convincere dalle valutazioni e dalle immagini di booking ma quello che abbiamo trovato è stato totalmente differente. La camera che ci hanno dato non aveva niente a che vedere con quelle delle foto: luminose, spaziose, colorate, frutta di benvenuto in camera, frigobar. Noi abbiamo trovato una stanza buia e fatiscente. La vista dalla finestra era un muro, a circa un metro di distanza, le zanzariere rotte e le finestre aperte ci hanno fatto ricevere un caldo benvenuto dalle zanzare. Accendendo l'aria condizionata cadevano pezzi di polvere, c'era la muffa addirittura nei quadri. Un giorno ho trovato un verme avvolto nella polvere che cercava di scalare la parete.  Un solo asciugamano per due persone e in 5 notti che abbiamo passato lí non sono venuti una volta a pulire la stanza. Il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo ci hanno chiesto se avevamo bisogno e, dato che eravamo arrivati da neanche 24 ore, gli abbiamo risposto che per il momento non era necessario. Questo è bastato perché si dimenticassero completamente di noi.  Hanno un servizio di lavaggio abiti che di per sé non è male, devi compilare un foglio con le quantità e tipologia e ogni capo ha il suo prezzo. Di per sé non è male, te li stirano anche, ma: 1 - il personale in generale trasmette scarsa attenzione, si era dimenticato di dirci questo particolare cosí abbiamo dovuto svuotare le borse con la roba sporca nella reception per contare i capi; 2 - hanno rovinato una maglietta e un paio di calzini bianchi con delle macchie rossicce che non vanno più via. Il personale è piuttosto svogliato, li trovavamo spesso sdraiati sui divani della recepcion guardando il telefono quando, ad esempio, ci sono stanze che hanno bisogno urgente di una massiccia manutenzione straordinaria o organizzazioni da rivedere. Non sono stati neanche troppo gentili. Uno dei giorni in cui salta la luce (abituale in Nepal) dopo un po' scendo in reception a chiedere se sanno piú o meno quanto dura di solito il blackout, mi risponde svogliato indicandomi la strada e dicendomi che è un blackout totale, che bisogna aspettare. 1 - io non lo posso sapere, dalla mia finestra si vede un muro; 2 - ti ho solo chiesto se mi dici quanto è solito durare il blackout. Insomma, una delusione sotto vari aspetti e il peggior hotel di tutto il viaggio. Nota positiva, la posizione.

My wife and I stay at the great little hotel every time we stay in Thamel. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are good with plenty of hot water for those cold Kathmandu mornings. The beds are extremely comfortable, just what you need after a busy day of sightseeing and shopping. The plus point for me is that you can sit in the small garden in relative peace and quiet even though you are in the bustling heart of Thamel. The Garden of Dreams is just a two minute walk away , the old royal palace just 5 minutes walk away and Durbar square about 15 minutes walk. The hotel is down a small side street giving it peace and quiet even though you are in the heart of busy busing Thamel. You have more restaurants than you could ever eat at, all within a short walk and are in the heart ofa shoppers paradise . Enjoy your stay

Everything was perfect, room neat and clean,WiFi speed was perfect, morning breakfast was very delicious with many options.Hotel located at mid town of Thamel market.So we would love to come back again and would recommend for friends and family.Thank you.
