Horrible experience here. Staff was ridiculously uncooperative with patrons. They cancelled our stay without our permission. Unacceptable hotel procedures!! My family is disappointed with this hotel. This hotel Stole 93 dollars from !/me!

Place in bad conditions, regard high prices this hotel should be more comfortable, furnitures is damaged inside the rooms, shower is dirty

Staff was great all but the gm. Not impressed. The room was okay. This was our second stay. Not sure we will be back.

There was a lot of noise from the outside traffic. Doors slammed all night and it was very noisy in our room.
The shower head was held together with a plastic bag and the toilet didn’t flush well. Cleaning staff took our garbage but didn’t leave trash bags.
The hotel had a musty/cigarette smell.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

I had a nice stay. The rooms were decent, quiet, and cozy. The front desk staff were very polite and courteous. There are plenty of dining options in the area. There is a shopping plaza and mall nearby.

It was dirty. I had no key to get in my room because it was broken. The breakfast was non-existent. It was non smoking hotel room but yet it smelled completely of ****. The bed completely sagged in the middle.

The toilet didn't flush. Front desk person offered me a plunger to fix the problem. Same refused to fix problem. I had to fill up trash can with water to get toilet to flush.

The place is a dump, but they make up for it with terrible customer service. I was made to feel like I was a criminal for asking to check out early because of a family miscomminucation, and they stuck me with an extra night. Greedy little pigs.
