Old, tired convention center hotel.- former Embassy? BUT, very good Lobby bar with a great martini & good menu! Large pool, friendly, attentive staff. Rooms are big enough but bathroom very small. Lots of mildew and stained tile and upholstery...lumpy bedding. Very small elevators for a very large facility that was sold old for a concert nextdoor.

Upon arrival infprmed entire cleaning staff resigned so had to wait. Well, during sturgis rally I took higher road and refused room cleaning. I didnt want to pile on. Bed was like a sandwich -bad backs beware. Slept few hours a nite but, bed orevent avrestful bight sagged at every possible angle tried. Room was very clean except grout a tile near tub. Breakfast was muffin make your own waffle eggs skin milk ceral bacon toast bagels muffin. Eat elsewhere coffee was good. Rest of hotel I woukdnt judge they wrre adaptung best they could

Overall a great place to stay for an affordable price. They have a good breakfast, generally eggs and sausage one day and biscuits and gravy the next. They always had yogurt, granola, cereal, apples, bread, bagels, and oatmeal. Plus coffee, an assortment of juices and cold water. The room was clean and we didn't notice any chlorine smell, we were in room 414. I was nervous at first being a cross from the elevator, but we never heard it while sleeping, which was great. The fridge worked perfectly and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We generally decline room service, but if you expect daily service this is not your place. We kept getting texts saying they would clean every 3 nights, but they don't. Instead, they clean upon request. This was totally OK for us, we just asked for a refill of a couple things at the front desk and they kindly provided what we needed, we were there 6 nights. The pool was warm and hot tubs were great, I even went down the slide, which was fun. The bed was very comfortable and we never had issues parking. Great location to all the touristy things in SD and WY. My only critique would be that employees do not allow thier families to use the pool area, it should be for paying guests only.

I picked this hotel due to the cancellation policy - several hotels in the area are nonrefundable. My life is in constant flux so nonrefundable wasn't for me. The location is good as its right off I90 in Rapid City. The hotel lobby was very pleasant with a warm greeting awaiting us and since we were Honor members I was given the choice of choosing what room and location I wanted. We picked the first floor and never had any noise problems. The rooms have Luxury vinyl flooring which I thought made sense (carpeting can get kinda gross) the room was very clean and kind of non traditional - There is no dressers but rather a long bench to put your luggage on with storage underneath. For toiletries instead of the usual hand soap and bottles of shampoos etc there were squeeze bottles with hand soap, lotion, shampoo all attached to the wall. I would have preferred pump dispensers as I found it hard to squeeze at times. There were hooks on the walls for handing coats etc. The shower was large again with squeeze bottles however the water flow from the shower was on water saver mode. It only had one large stream not the usual spray effect. I think this was due to The city being on high plains and not with great water sources. We got used to it. There isn't a microwave in the room nor a coffee maker. But the lobby had all that - I found the first floor location handy for this. The lobby offered coffee, water, tea and was well stocked. They had other treats for a cost. The breakfast was the usual pancakes, cereal, eggs, sausage fair and was open until 10am. If you didn't like the Hilton offers you were welcome to go to the Hampton Inn and use their facilities. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. I would recommend it highly.

Their people made this Hampton Inn stand out! The gentleman who manned the desk at check-in mid afternoon was phenomenal. I wish I had gotten his name. He will one day own hotels. What a personality, and he’s obviously driven to succeed! This property shares elevators with a sister hotel, which is attached. I was concerned that we would be waiting forever for elevators, but that did not happen. We used the laundry facilities here, and they were excellent. Reasonably priced, and did a nice job on our clothes. Overall, our stay was super. I would stay there again And I highly recommend it.

Diremo solo che il personale qui, insieme ai clienti, sara' certamente utile da formare in servizio al cliente. Da quando le signore del dipartimento frontale hanno iniziato a entrare, sono state più preoccupate per un problema di stampa che per l'impressione, soprattutto perché ci sono stati due e poi un terzo membro del personale li ha accolti. Bistro chiuso - per un motivo sconosciuto. Alimento in area di mercato - era fondamentalmente sconosciuto (il cibo involucro) più date di scadenza di 4/20??? Il bagno non si sdraia bene, pensava che dopo la custodia di casa, che era stato pulito - solo la mente del bagno, - quanto fosse strano.La custodia di casa non ha fatto niente, eccetto il bagno - non l'ho mai mai sperimentato prima. Niente altro ha toccato in entrambe le camere - e sembrava ignorare il bacino. Hmmmm Check out e cominciò a parlare sul computer sul desk front about check out, e non mi guardava mai e andò indietro, tornando fuori e poi disse che non era la signora del desk front - non sapeva dove fosse - ma quanto strano che il personale qui Non ti riconosce quando si parla con loro. La stanza era buona, eccetto l'estrazione - i mobili dovrebbero essere puliti - le grandi tinture sul tavolo/banchetta - chiaramente non è stata pulita. Il divano divano aveva anche grandi difetti nella zona di cuscino mentre si sedeva su di essa - forse ha bisogno di un rinfresco di mobili.Grazie per il caffè libero nella zona di fronte bar - scoperta di questo il terzo giorno - non molto di comunicazione.

Mio marito ed io eravamo in zona per le procedure militari, prenotato all'ultimo minuto ad un ottimo prezzo. Anche se abbiamo prenotato un letto king size e abbiamo finito invece con 2 Queens, ognuno di noi ha dormito nel nostro letto e non ci siamo dovuti preoccupare dell'altro che monopolizzava il letto. Hahaha Davvero un bel posto. Entrato nella stanza e nessun odore strano, grande suite spaziosa, sembrava pulito. Le lenzuola erano super morbide e il letto abbastanza comodo. Le sale erano estremamente pulite. Un sacco di disinfettante ovunque se lo desideri. Personale molto cordiale e gentile. Il posto sembrava piuttosto nuovo. Non abbiamo provato la TV, internet o la piscina mentre eravamo lì, quindi non possiamo commentare in merito. Angolo cottura molto carino in camera. Lavastoviglie, grande frigorifero con congelatore, forno a microonde full size, fornelli incorporati, caffettiera full size. Piatti, utensili, tazze molto minimali... una pentola. Ma penso che se chiedessi alla reception scommetto che per quanto fossero gentili potrebbero trovare tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. (Probabilmente un po' di detersivo per i piatti sarebbe bello avere nella stanza perché non avremmo usato la lavastoviglie grande per 2 piccole tazze di caffè. Non sei sicuro di come si puliscono dopo l'uso?) Potresti vivere lì abbastanza comodamente. Potremmo comunque. Nit roba schizzinosa... c'era uno scaffale sotto la TV immagino fosse un videoregistratore/lettore DVD sarebbe andato.. un sacco di persone hanno scritto nella polvere lì. Il pavimento potrebbe non essere stato aspirato perché c'era poco come..calzino lanugine intorno e l'etichetta della felpa di qualcuno tra i 2 letti. Non ci ha dato molto fastidio, ma ho potuto vedere alcune persone che si deformavano per questo. Tutti i comfort di casa... polvere inclusa... almeno è così che la vedevamo. Hahaha La colazione.......... immagino che, poiché c'è una cucina nella tua stanza, è il motivo per una diffusione minima? Ma per noi, siamo andati via pieni. Praticamente è tutto... non ho ricevuto le foto, mi dispiace... Ci torneremmo sicuramente. La prossima volta più a lungo di una notte però... Grazie Trip.com e grazie alle suite Mainstay!
