Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel and our visit to Ocean Kingdom were nothing short of magical, an experience that far exceeded our every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel’s breathtaking grandeur and welcoming atmosphere, where elegance seamlessly blended with warmth and hospitality. Il hotel è bellissimo e molto accogliente, il personale è sempre presente e pronto ad aiutare, complimenti! La camera è spaziosa, comoda, fornita da tutto. C’è anche la lavatrice, ferro da stiro, lo stendino etc. Colazione in hotel e’ molto buona ed è intercontinentale con particolare attenzione nella cucina della regione. La piscina è una cosa spettacolare con la vista meravigliosa 🤩 Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Room is excellent. My son really love to stay in his bunk bed. There is a free washing machine and dryer for guest. Mcdonald, Starbuck, Lawson and Chinese restaurants next to the hotel. Very convenient.

L'hotel è buono. La posizione è molto conveniente. Il servizio è buono. La stanza non era buona perché la stanza puzzava come l'aria condizionata. E io venivo dalla stazione ferroviaria con l'autobus e mi sentivo vertiginoso. La stanza era la stessa che profumava la macchina. E io chiesi alla ricevitrice di cambiare la stanza per me, se possibile, e lei mi aiutava a cambiare una stanza. La seconda stanza era grande. Ho dormito molto bene ieri sera. La struttura del tetto è unica.La seconda stanza non ha odore. In generale, mi piace questo hotel. Posso anche vedere il famoso posto di Zhaoqing dall'hotel. Grazie. La prossima volta, tornerò.

The hotel staff are friendly, from front desk to cleaners. Location is good with a lot of food choices surrounding it. It's at the end of tianhe district but it's good as the traffic noises will not affect you at night/morning...easy to grab a cab out easily. The most awe service is the free laundry service, just need to drop the clothes in the washer and the staff will follow through with the dryer and deliver to your room. I will consider this hotel when I am back in Guangzhou ... highly recommended for the service! It will be even better if they can reducing the lift waiting time ... only 2 lifts serving the hotels 10 over floors of rooms...

It was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind, with enough space for everyone to enjoy. My family absolutely loved it, and we spent many joyful afternoons splashing around together. The location of the Royal Garden Hotel is another significant advantage. It's easily accessible, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions and getting around the area without any hassle. Overall, my family had a wonderful time, and we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We are already planning our return visit and will definitely be recommending the Royal Garden Hotel to our friends and family. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway that caters to families, this hotel is the perfect choice!

Questa è la mia seconda visita e ho chiesto una stanza non fumatori. Era assolutamente buona e mi sono dato colazione complementare e anche riuscito a ottenere un espresso decente dalla macchina! Il personale della ricezione era amichevole e molto obbligatorio. Convenientemente situato vicino al centro commerciale, dove c'è molte caffe' e ristoranti.

Suggerire di scegliere un altro hotel nella zona sembra molto bello, ma è il doppio del prezzo e metà del servizio. La nostra TV aveva 2 canali inglesi e nessun film a meno che non hai pagato. La TV è vecchia, quindi non puoi gettare le tue applicazioni alla TV come la maggior parte delle basse TV hotel. La televisione stessa Se volete che il latte sia dimenticato per il vostro sacchetto da tè fornito nella vostra stanza ogni giorno, dovrete pagarlo. Il buffet è molto da scegliere e molti cuochi in ogni stazione, ma è avvertito se non hai allergie, non è firmato altro che consigliare cuoco e nessuno di loro parla bene inglese. Se non si può mangiare glutine come me, il vostro colazione è molto limitato. I cuochi non possono o non farà niente come i pancake gratis glutine e non delle pasticce dolci o torte sono glutine gratis. Quindi è uova e fortuna che sarà il vostro colazione per il vostro soggiorno. Abbiamo avuto una sala di accesso al club che era una bella stanza e penso che funziona per le bevande. Il personale della ricezione è bello, ma l'inglese non è parlato selvaggiamente. Ci siamo trasferiti in un altro hotel a Foshan pagato 1/2 il prezzo aveva film sulla TV più di 2 canali inglesi e un cuoco che almeno cercava di accogliere le mie allergie alimentari. Questo hotel ha appena detto che non era possibile. È stato pensato di essere un hotel francese che ci aspettava un cuoco potrebbe fare una base pancake GF. Suggerire se cercate una bella camera e un personale accogliente per 1/2 il prezzo sono stati fatti per sentirsi benvenuti guardare a Swisshotel a meno che non siate disposti a mangiare i piccoli lati congelati microonde serviti nel pacchetto.

This hotel with a very beautiful and charming view. It was my last day in China and they upgraded my room to a suite, and prepared for me a fruit plate with a welcome card and a gift!!! The breakfast was varied and delicious. The steak in the restaurant wasn't the best, in their branch in Shenzhen it was better. Overall, the view, the experience and the professionalism of the staff was a very beautiful and unforgettable experience and for sure i will came back. Thank you

The hotel is nice 5 star hotel in China . What made the difference was the staff  the front desk staff were exceptional  .i can not speak Chinese and I needed to book a ferry ticket no problem arrange transport  arranged  late check out  loaded my bags in the car while I had drink in bar .  Nothing was to much trouble for Ms Summer thank you .
