Hotels con pick-up a Rancho Cucamonga

Nothing to complain about, nice staff and bar tender. Near shopping, but the walk to the Victora Gardens Shopping is a bit exposed and not sidewalk all the way ... not to be done when over 100 degrees ... but only 7 minute walk to some restaurants. Next to the hotel are Pho-Viet, Shogan, and The Old Speghetti Factory!

I stayed here once before, about 5 months ago… So, when visiting the area, I immediately selected this property again to stay at because I knew it would be a solid choice, and it was. The staff was friendly and efficient at checking me in. I requested a towel refresh after my first night and they brought me a bunch of towels, but didn’t take the used towels… not sure why, but at least I got new towels. The TV worked well, but the HVAC seemed to just constantly run and, though it cooled the room a little, it never got near the temp we selected, so it ran all the time and it’s too loud. Shower worked well and for the first time ever while staying in an Aloft, the hot water worked! I’ve stayed in many Aloft hotels and the hot water is always warm at best, including the last time I stayed here, but this time it worked like it should. I wish they’d fix the graffiti in the elevators and clean the place up a little. But overall, I’d return again.

Molto molto l'esperienza di franchising previsto Fairfield Inn. Mi sentivo completamente al sicuro. Clean, bright, and organized, inside and out. Airport-style baggage-racks available. Front desk staff was fantastic and friendly, during every meeting; above and beyond expectations. Breakfast staff was also hard work and effective. (Mia moglie andò a cercare una bevanda ”grande C”, ma fu deluso; tutto quello che avevano era ”grande P”. ) Meno fastidiosi (e mi sto davvero arrivando qui): la cortina non chiuderebbe gli ultimi 6 pollici, doveva usare un ”clip chip”; uno dei televisori non funzionava, usava l'altro su entrambi; la porta del bagno si svegliava; I cannoni sono molto piccoli per una pulizia ”una volta alla settimana”; il divano dormiente era buono come qualsiasi altro; ma non dice molto; gli ascensori erano veloci, ma passavano più tempo a sciogliere per un fermo che a muoversi tra i piani. Possiamo sentirlo tutto il tempo in camera; la moglie pensava che ci fosse un terremoto ogni cinque minuti.

Ho avuto una terribile esperienza di soggiornare all'Hilton Garden Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga per la prima volta. L'intero personale è stato gentile e mi ha trattato terribile. Vorrei riconoscere un membro del personale in particolare, Rengie. La mia esperienza di colazione è stata davvero piacevole con la sua ospite, non mi ha mai lasciato il caffè più di mezzo vuoto, e io la ho presa cantare con la sua bella voce mentre facevo un bagello.

Rispetto ad altre catene in questo settore, come Ayre's e Homewood, queste suite lasciano un po' da desiderare. Ciò vale soprattutto per le suite della regina, che non sono vere 1 suite di camera, ma ”studio suite” senza una zona di dormire veramente separata. Tuttavia, sul lato positivo, ci sono più di letti medi e un buon colazione caldo. Inoltre, parcheggio è gratuito (Credo che Homewood paghi $10 per parcheggio).
