Servizio eccezionale nel complesso. La camera è pulita e spaziosa. Ero lì durante la pandemia e la colazione rimane servita in modo coerente rispetto ad altri hotel che si limitano alla borsa ”Grab n Go”. La colazione serve una varietà di cibi e puoi preparare i tuoi waffle.

This was just a convenient place for us to stay after a really rough day of travel. We checked in late in the evening and left fairly early in the morning so this review isn’t really based on the amenities. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check-in was smooth. One thing that was nice was about 15 minutes after we checked in we got a text from the front desk that asked if we needed anything or if we had any questions. The breakfast was pretty expensive so we opted out of that but it looked good. They have a hot breakfast and a continental breakfast with two separate prices. They also have a happy hour advertised, but it wasn’t necessarily a great deal.

Pagate per $12.00 p/giorno per parcheggio, nessun caffè gratuito o colazione continentale, che sapevo, ma ho fatto il tasso per notte, e tutti i costi aggiuntivi, avrei avuto una buona e confortevole camera per il mio soggiorno. No!! Sala da bagno ad alto prezzo che ha una cattiva luce, quindi se si cerca di mettere sul vostro make-up buona fortuna, non nemmeno uno specchio di make-up. Bagno gialla, sbozzi di forma sui piastrelli e riempimento di tenda, che un riempimento di tenda è $1.25 all'albero del dollaro, quindi si pensa che sarebbe stato sostituito.Non dirlo, ho anche preso i capelli dal doccia prima di usarlo. No microonde, il televisore è fuori se si cerca di guardare la TV dal letto, e piccolo Kleenex nella scatola che è vuota dopo qualche uso. In generale, non vale la pena. Ho tollerato solo 2 notti. per la mia notte scorsa sono andato ad un altro hotel molto vicino, che era fantastico!! Hanno una stazione di caffè gratuita vicino al lobby, una grande camera pulita e confortevole, e un bagno con fantastico illuminazione e uno specchio di maquillaggio! E una buona microonde di dimensioni con tutte le altre grandi strutture. Ho menzionato un colazione continentale GRATIS, ALL per un tasso di camera più basso. Una buona nota, il desk front era amichevole.

La stanza è buona, l'unica sensazione che la colazione sia comune. Il clima tipico del deserto è in buona posizione

Ho visitato la famiglia nella zona per diverse notti e ho prenotato un soggiorno in un vicino Residence Inn (da quando sono membro di Bonvoy) e ho avuto una terribile esperienza lì, quindi ho controllato fuori da lì dopo la prima notte e mi sono trasferito a questa proprietà – The Il tipo che mi ha controllato era fantastico! gli ho detto delle questioni con l'altra proprietà e lui ha fatto davvero le sue scuse e mi ha fatto controllare rapidamente. Era utile anche con altre richieste. Questo hotel è davvero molto decente... Ci sono alcune questioni strane, come gli ospiti che hanno vandalizzato l'ascensore leggendo fuori (scrapped loro nomi/graffiti in esso – perché?!?)... Inoltre, ci sono tipicamente coperte di vestiti sopra le luci sul tetto nelle sale, ma qui they’re completely missing and there’s an open frame with fluorescent bulbs – looks odd. Other than that – the room was nice and comfortable. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, la TV ha funzionato bene e così ha fatto la doccia, ma il bacino non sembra avere acqua calda – Questo è in realtà qualcosa che ho notato in tutti gli Aloft hotel che ho soggiornato in, fanno un terribile lavoro di fornire acqua calda. Il personale di custodia sembra fare un lavoro decente, almeno nella stanza in cui sono. Anche le strutture tipiche della stanza. La posizione è molto più pulita e più sicura di tutta vicino all'aeroporto, ma questo è meno di 5 minuti da lì – quindi resta qui invece! Io resterei ancora qui!

L'atteggiamento della reception è molto buono, molto entusiasta, trasporto conveniente, buona cucina, l'interno dell'hotel è molto artistico, design super elegante. Il tutto è ancora molto nuovo, consigliato

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. Il posto è nuovo, quindi è davvero pulito. L'atmosfera è grande. La stanza è abbastanza grande, viene con un divano. La posizione è grande, vicino al centro commerciale Victoria Gardens. E molti posti per cena! Il solo con: il colazione non era così grande! Ci sono poche scelte da scegliere da soli. Tuttavia, in generale, un grande posto per rimanere! 4/5 per me!
