We had an unsatisfactory experience. At the time of check in we reached 1 hour earlier than than actual check in time. We were told by the front desk that check in time still late. Then we asked for water he said he will take few minutes or else we may go to the restaurant and buy. Ridiculous. The rooms were well made up . But the second day the rooms were not made up well. The dustbin not emptied. Bathroom not cleaned properly(it was stinking). The key card switches were not working properly in both rooms of ours. Once power trips change over takes few minutes after that the electrician only to set it right. There was some repair/renovation going on and the drilling sound was so loud we couldnt relax at all. when requested HK, front desk no action was taken to stop at least for 1 hour. But the food in the restaurant was awesome .In Room dinning was also very good. Overall not worth the value for money. Buffet breakfast is TOP.

We stayed in Bizz in Jan 2024, and we had 4 rooms on the second floor. Rooms were clean & spacious. All the staff in Bizz were so welcoming & helpful. Bizz was situated on Yagnik Road, which is very convenient for shopping. The food was lovely & and the restaurant staff were good. When we required anything, from housekeeping, they were very efficient. I would like to say thank you to Nasir, the duty manager. He was so polite, helpful & very kind. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

We had booked a function at Lemon Tree Hotel. The Ambience here is very good. The hygiene is nice. Food is delicious. Staff here is very co-operative, in particular Mr Sanju, Mr Rahul and Mr Hiralal ***aged the event very nicely. Valet Parking is available so not to worry about parking as well. Overall very nice experience. Lemon tree rocks.

Le camere sono pulite, il pranzo solido e il servizio eccellente. Wifi è stato un po 'spotto, così sicuramente cercando un migliore wifi come un viaggiatore d'affari. Grande posizione a Rajkot, e un servizio eccellente - dal servizio di ricezione al personale di Buffet.

Hotel is centrally located form all tourist destinations. They do not provide much apart from old towell and toiletries in equally old bottles. Outside the window was all mess so curtains stayed closed all the time. They also have a kitchen and you can place an order, food will be delivered to the room. Staff is good and help you if you ask anything.
