Nice staff, good food better  location over all it was pleasant stay  in Hyatt

We had a bit of a challenge checking in as the hotel claimed that it was informed of the booking only the same morning, when they were fully booked. However they found a room & managed to accommodate us. Overall a happy experience.

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

Everything was awesome and the breakfast was superb only disappointed from the buffet dinner, staffs were cooperative Waiting for the next visit to Hyatt Raipur.

Best in Raipur.

Ma con chef dell hotel estremamente pronto a servire il Cliente al meglio ….. l hotel dispone di palestra e sauna ottimi e con buoni attrezzi tecnogym !!! Hotel super valido lo consiglio

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the hotel employees, Ganesh Tiwari. While interacting with me and my team on the hotel’s main porch, he spoke to me in an extremely rude manner, shouting at me in front of my team and respected guests. When I addressed his behavior, he stated that this was his “only way” of speaking to the event team, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I travel for about 8 months of the year, visiting various cities and staying at numerous 5-star properties across different countries, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such behavior. I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past 2 days, and while the overall staff has been very cooperative and helpful, this employee’s conduct was appalling. The hotel management should take immediate action against him, as this behavior could significantly impact future guest reviews and the hotel’s reputation. I hope the hotel takes responsibility and addresses this issue promptly.

Just check-in and you will get the experience you are waiting for, instead of explaining, it will be nice if you go and feel it for yourself. It's a wonderful experience staying at this property. Very peaceful, hygienic, and well maintained.

I travelled with my family for total of thirteen days. We occupied two rooms. The rooms have really serene views of outside. However, in one of the rooms we occupied is yet to separate the bath section from rest of room as is done with other rooms. This was the only thing which ai trust the management should focus on completing. While there is nothing to complain about this property, special mention must be done to their quality of service. Mr. Aajen Soren, who is in charge of Restaurant was specially careful towards our needs. He is the reason why we’d love to revisit this place in future. Housekeeping was spot on as well. Overall it was a great stay.

I would like to sincerely appreciate Pritam (Guest Manager), Laxmi, and Ankita (Breakfast) for their outstanding efforts in ensuring a great experience for guests. Your dedication and hard work truly make a difference. Keep up the great work, guys!

the stay was pleasant and staff is very supportive and breakfast buffet is very tasty and all the staff treats you so well i will recommend hyatt raipur for your next stay as compare to other corporate hostels hyatt raipur is better and professional
