The restaurant served good food with high quality service.  The waiter recommended me the tea which was thoughtfully written on a paper for me.  The environment of the restaurant was excellent.

The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*.

超級差勁！！帶着客人所有行程都安排好了，突然臨時強行通知我們沒房間了，給我們換到別的酒店？？！！酒店經理還強詞奪理，説我提前一天就嘗試聯繫你們了，沒經過我們同意的情況下就把我們換走，真的是氣死！！ 雖然換的酒店還行，但是非常丟人，給客人的感覺非常不好，太過分了，這種基礎的統籌都做不好，商務旅行非常不推薦

Ospiti in questo bellissimo hotel che ci ha accompagnato in tutti i giorni della nostra tournée con Requiem di Verdi. La struttura è già ampiamente descritta per cui tralascio i particolari. La mia suite 441 era bellissima ed ampia con doppio matrimoniale e un bagno grande con una doccia maxi di 3mt x 2. Belli i divani, l'arredo in generale e i decori che erano il comune denominatore di tutta la struttura. Colazione e pasti in generale in linea con le 5 stelle. Servizio impeccabile e pronto. Nota di merito al personale del quarto piano che mi hanno coccolato in ogni maniera. Sono certo che ci tornerò ancora. Grazie a tutti di cuore per le attenzioni ricevute.

Bellissimi ambienti, sia comuni sia stanze, splendide decorazioni floreali, deliziosa cucina, curatissima pulizia e soprattutto grande cortesia del personale tutto. I particolare, un grande affettuoso grazie per il loro sorriso e la loro disponibilità verso gli ospiti alle donne che lavorano alle stanze del secondo piano, Massira e Ahlam.

When you are in Morroco you need to experience the heritage properties. Hassan Palace is a mix of traditional and Morden architecture which gives you feeling of being royal. From concierge to restaurants every staff is courteous and very well trained. I would like to mention Ms Dikra Rizkallah and Mr Mouad El Moussaoui who were exceptional at the check in. Group of 40 people checked in less than 5 minuets. Everything was ready and rooms all set before we reached. Rooms are very nice with updated furniture. Overall experience - Excellent!

A good place to be. You can request what is missing in room example slippers. The towels are clean but seem old. The baignoire needs a step to go down as it is too high. They dont offer fruit or biscuits only one small bottle of water. A kettle and one tupe of tea and some coffee.WC is big with a bidet. The shower gel is good. I felt shampoo is not high end. My room was without a view but was large. Litery is ok. Concierge adil is nice. He can get you a map. They do exchange dollars and euros in hotel. The taxi to airport is too expensive. 500 MAD for a 15 min in rabat. Dont take the taxi with hotel it s too expensive. Take an In Drive or something similar for half the price . Hotel is next to old city ( 5 min walking)

Our stay at La Tour Hassan Palace was excellent. Beautiful hotel and everything is nearby. The staff is very kind and the rooms are clean. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located, close to the Medina and several museums. The room was specious and clean. Mr Adil Chebihi, the Head Concierge is very kind and helpful. His hospitality is unmatched!

We spent three nights including two with a tour. The room was small, but the bed was excellent as was the lighting. The bathroom was very small and the shower was in the tub. The room was nicely decorated and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for seeing the tourist sites of rabat.

Really good location, within walking distance of the Medina, the Kasbah, Tour Hassan etc. The hotel staff were all very nice but not very well trained. We asked about the possibility of getting a tour guide to do a walking tour of the city and we were handed a map, to do our own walk! A woman phoned our room from reception, to see if everything was ok but hung up when she couldn’t understand us! Our room seemed to be only set up for one person, with one glass and one coffee cup (but they did bring us another cup when we mentioned it). Beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The food and drinks we had at the hotel were very expensive (e.g., a local bottle of white wine was 550 MAD here and we got the exact same bottle at another luxury hotel in Salé for 330 MAD), so I would not advise eating here. Nespresso machine in the bedroom was great to have. We bought extra coffee capsules in the nearby Carrefour supermarket. Pool area is very pleasant, but you have to go into the hotel to order a coffee (the French restaurant right beside the pool didn’t offer any service). We asked hotel staff to help us order a taxi to get to the airport when we were leaving; they got us a really old car that started to break down a few minutes away from the hotel (and we had to jump into another taxi).

We spent two nights here while visiting Rabat. The hotel is located near restaurants and some shopping but a cab is needed to visit some of the things you would like to see in Rabat. The included breakfast was quite good but the internet (at least in our room) was not very reliable. The staff were accommodating and everything was clean.
