Hotel in zona Seagate theme park, Quy Nhơn

In generale, ci siamo divertiti a Galaxy Hotel. La stanza era molto meglio di quanto avevamo paura inizialmente e di dimensioni decenti. Eravamo felici di essere data una stanza con vista sugli oceani. E' stata pulita ogni mattina. La pressione dell'acqua era buona, ma il bagno era vago e inconfortabile. Non vedevo una cucina e presumo che non ci fossero pasti. Forniscono due tipi di bottiglia d'acqua diversi: per una con 500 ml, caricano 10.000 VND/ea e per una con 350 ml sono state fornite gratuitamente, che non sapevamo quindi dovremmo pagare. Mentre il personale frontale era gentile, non avevano altre strutture che quelle fornite dalle ragazze (nessun kit di rasatura!). Il frigo era forse troppo bello per congelare tutto quello che vi era stato, che ci piaceva. TV era un po' vecchia, ma aveva molti canali, tra cui HBO. L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale vicino alla piazza Quy Nhon, molto vicino alla spiaggia, e non troppo lontano da Co-op marte. La maggior parte delle località turistiche sono situate entro 30 minuti a piedi (Thap doi è stato circa 50 minuti). Ci sono stati piccoli glitches, ma in generale, siamo stati molto felici di stare!

Visiting L'amor during my trip to Quy Nhơn was an unforgettable experience. I was enchanted by the refined beauty and modern European style of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's decor was exceptionally tasteful and meticulously maintained. The central location was a huge plus, as it only took a short walk to reach Quy Nhon's beach. I loved waking up early; the hotel's pool area provided a wide view of the expansive sea and a beautiful sunrise. The serene atmosphere and the connection with nature truly made my vacation extra special. The service here was professional, incredibly warm and attentive. I even left my AirPods at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful and worked together seamlessly to help me retrieve them. The hotel's restaurant is also a noteworthy highlight, offering delicious and beautifully presented local and fresh dishes, including squid noodles, mixed noodles, and pho. I took the time to try several dishes here, and they were not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was of high quality, featuring a wide variety of food and a selection of tea and coffee. The hotel's spa services were also affordably priced, and I found the hair spa treatment to be a great value. Nearly every service here exceeded my expectations during my stay. This is truly an ideal destination for those looking to enjoy a luxurious vacation, with very reasonable prices compared to the area. If you're planning a trip to Quy Nhơn, I strongly believe that L'amor is an excellent choice for everyone.

Questo potrebbe essere un grande hotel, ma non è ancora. L'edificio è nuovo e interessante, la zona del tetto è buona. Ma ci sono alcuni problemi. I pendenti in bagno, non una cosa grande, ma il personale avrebbe dovuto notare. La stanza non viene pulita/costruita un giorno, che a volte succede. Ma: 1) un hotel con queste pretensioni ha bisogno di un bar. 2) Il buffet di colazione è stato di gran lunga il peggiore dei 5 vietnamiti, molto pochi frutti freschi o succo di frutta, opzioni che scadono e non vengono sostituiti. Io amo mangiare buona cibo vietnamita al colazione, non è stato questo. 3) Il personale sembra un po' perso e incerto. Sì, questo è un nuovo hotel... ma ottenere un personale con esperienza che sa come funziona un hotel! Non ci sono errori di grande enfasi, solo la sveglia e la vaganza, tranne da un'eccellente receptionista femminile, che potrebbe essere ordinato se i membri chiave della squadra andassero a un buon hotel per qualche giorno, quindi sapevano cosa volevano fare.

This hotel stays true to its standard. We booked a standard room but it was so spacious, clean, smelled really nice. The surrounding areas on this property were precious which kept us going for more. Motorcycle rental is available and it was so cheap compared to other places in Hanoi, plus the tank was half full when it was brought to me. The receptionist lady and the bellman were polite and accommodating. The pool was amazing as it looks over the beach. Must give praises to Hung and Binh - the two gentlemen pool attendants who were so caring and kind and very hospitable. If I ever go back to Quy Nhon city, I will definitely go back to stay here. The only thing that needs improving is the breakfast buffet which was quite abundant and the customer service person was just standing around. As a customer service representative of a 4 star hotel myself, I find this a weak point of this accommodation. However, the rest just makes up for it so we’re fine.

This is my second time visit this hotel. This time I booked 02 rooms for my dad and his friends, because I booked 2 different room type so there are 02 separate bookings. There was a mistake that I forgot to change name for 2nd booking to under my Dad’s name. I emailed to hotel through OTA app and also called to hotel to ask for help. And I got a confirmation from staff that will help us to change booking name to avoid misunderstanding upon check in on arrival date (She didn’t mention about extra fee). Today, when my dad came to check in and front desk asked him for 500.000vnd and said to us that they do not receive any information from me (I have a evidence with me that hotel received my request). It’s not much but I’m not willing to pay at that time and asking for her to help my dad check in first then I will work on with reservation team. She was keeping say NO. She only does check in if we pay money for her, if not my dad has to waiting. It is very unprofessional and it’s not 5-star standard service that a 5- star hotel should have. This will be the last time we stay at FLC Resort Quy Nhon Tôi có đặt 2 phòng 2 bookings cho ba tôi tại FLC Luxury Hotel Quy Nhơn. Do có một chút sơ suất lúc đặt phòng, tôi chưa chuyển tên booking từ Hang Pham sang Pham Van Lieu. Tuy nhiên, n*** sau khi phát hiện ra, tôi đã email và cũng nhận được phản hồi của khách sạn . Để trao đổi chi tiết, tôi cũng đã gọi điện gặp bộ phận đặt phòng để trao đổi về vấn để đổi tên booking này. Bộ phận đặt phòng cũng xác nhận đã thấy booking và cũng đã thấy tin nhắn yêu cầu trên booking của tôi. Và nói đã nắm thông tin hỗ trợ chuyển tên ( Không hề mention gì đến việc mất phụ thu cho phí đổi tên). Hôm nay khi ba tôi đến check in, nhân viên lễ tân yêu cầu thanh toán 500.000vnd phí đổi và nói không nhận được bất cứ thông tin gì từ tôi về request đổi tên. Tôi có nhờ các bạn hỗ trợ làm thủ tục trước và sẽ trao đổi lại với bộ phận đặt phòng sau. Tuy nhiên, với sự kém nhanh nhẹn và cứng nhắc của bạn lễ tân. Nhất quyết phải thu tiền phí đổi tên mới hỗ trợ check in. Tôi biết quy định là quy định, các bạn phải làm theo nhưng việc không linh động với khách hàng là quá kém. Tôi không nghĩ 1 khách sạn 5 sao mà có thể gây sự khó chịu cho khách hàng đến vậy. Tôi viết email này mong muốn bộ phận đặt phòng và khách sạn kiểm tra lại thông tin đặt phòng. Tôi cũng không nhớ rõ bạn đã nói chuyện điện thoaii và xác nhận với tôi là ai. Tôi nghĩ 500.000vnd nó không phải số tiền lớn mà tôi k thể chi trả, nhưng tôi mong khách sạn hãy xem lại cách làm việc linh động hơn và đưa thông tin đầy đủ tới khách hàng để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt cho khách hàng.

Molto bella, la stanza è molto comoda, il letto è super buono addormentare ～ Il cibo del ristorante è anche delizioso!Mangiamo direttamente nel ristorante per due giorni ～ Più stupefacente: 1. Il personale del ristorante non è bravo in inglese. Deve comunicare lentamente con la faccia e non può telefonare al punto di prenotazione. 2.La piscina non si sente pulita da molto tempo 3.Nessun servizio di massaggio 4.Le scarpe fuori dalla stanza sono brevi, non c'è modo di guardare il paesaggio

Il resort è stato recentemente costruito e appena aperto, costruito sul lato montagnoso, è molto ben fatto ed è molto ben fatto. Id dire circa 3/4 delle camere avrebbero un ottimo vista sul mare, il resto guarda più sul lato montagnoso. Molti lavori di paesaggio e giardino sono stati fatti, molti nuovi alberi sono stati piantati. Tutte le camere sono di nuovo, ma mancano alcune cose, abbiamo una cucina nella nostra stanza, ma nessun cucina o cucina. Non c'era nessun segno di ”Non disturbare/Chiedo di pulire la mia stanza”, quindi il personale si è battuto in qualsiasi momento. La zona di piscina è molto grande e molto bello, ma senza ombrelle o sedie a ponte, non sicuramente se non hanno ancora portato nessuno o se erano stati messi da qualche parte, non ci saremmo stati al momento di punta, ma sarebbe bello se avessero qualche sedie fuori per gli ospiti che sono là. Il ristorante ha buoni pasti, ma è piuttosto basilare, e nessuna traduzione inglese sul menu.. Il bar non era aperto mentre eravamo lì, quindi non c'erano cocktail sul menu neanche. Il personale è molto carino e amichevole, ma manca la formazione di alta qualità che si ottiene in un resort ben stabilito. Il resort è molto economico rispetto ad altri, quindi si ottiene molte famiglie locali. Ci sono alcuni ponti intorno al giardino che diventano molto slitta con la mancanza di flusso idrico, sono sicuro che ci sarà meglio nella stagione umida, ma hanno bisogno di più attenzione perché ci sono stati molti mosquiti intorno. Il problema più grande che abbiamo avuto è che abbiamo fatto il lavaggio mentre c'era e sono stati pagati 695,000 per il servizio. Questo è più di quello che abbiamo mangiato lì. Abbiamo fatto questo altrove mentre in Vietnam e il suo normale 40K - 80K. Quando ho chiesto di questo, non è stato fatto alcun sforzo per cambiare il prezzo; il resort è ok, ma deve mettere in luce queste questioni, in tempo, credo che sarà davvero buono, ma dare almeno un anno.
