Tuần đầu tiên chúng tôi được upgrade lên hạng phòng cao nhất và chúng tôi rất cảm kích về điều đó. Tuần thứ 2 chúng tôi xin chuyển sang khu building và mọi thứ ở đây cũng khá ổn. Tuy nhiên Huy- một trong những quản lý ở đây đã làm chúng tôi bỏ qua những khiếm khuyết trên. Nhìn cách cậu ấy làm việc chúng tôi cảm nhận được tâm huyết trong đó. Trong 2 tuần ở đây Huy luôn quan tâm tới chúng tôi từ ăn uống tới ngủ nghỉ. Cậu ấy đã mang tới cho chúng tôi nhiều món ngon để chúng tôi không bị nhàm chán. Và khi chúng tôi gặp sự cố, cậu ấy cũng tới chia sẻ cùng. Chúng tôi hi vọng sẽ sớm quay trở lại Aurora và mong rằng dịch vụ của khách sạn sẽ cải thiện tốt hơn.

The view from our room was spectacular! The breakfast buffet was good but many items were not kept warm enough. Unfortunately we woke up every morning at 5:30 AM to very loud music coming from a group of people exercising at the beach! It would have been perfect if they didn't broadcast to the entire area! It's not the Hotel's fault. The pool was nice but the ground could be kept cleaner from the litter. Overall a pleasant experience :)
