Quiet hotel just off the promenade The younger staff can speak reasonable English The only thing is they have a policy that if food is smelt in your room they impose a 1000 000 vnd fine although they leave dred noodles and crisps in the room The breakfast is poor to be honest 5 out of 10

Gia đình tôi đã ở đây 1 đêm 5/6-6/6 trong 1 căn phòng rộng,sạch sẽ ,dầy đủ tiện nghi. Khách sạn có thiết kế hiện đại và rất đẹp, nhiều cây xanh nên cảm giác rất dễ chịu thoải mái,buffe sáng nhiều món và chất lượng nhân viên luôn cười vui vẻ và luôn hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Chúng tôi sẽ chọn ở đây vào những dịp sau và sẽ giới thiệu với mọi người. Mọi thứ đều rất tuyệt 👍

I arrived in Quy Nhon in the evening, so I checked in to the hotel later than the hotel's check-in time. At 9pm on May 31, 2024, I arrived at Le Mint hotel on Tran Khanh Du street. As soon as the grab car stopped in front of the hotel, the hotel bellboy ran to open the car door for me like a bellboy from a 5-star hotel, and my impression of Le Mint started from here. I was assisted by the bellboy to bring my luggage into the lobby (my luggage includes a SUP kit for my competition on June 2 and a size S suitcase) while being checked in by the receptionist, and of course the receptionist also completed the job of a receptionist very well. Right then, I observed the bellboy carefully taking a towel to wipe the stains on my suitcase and sports equipment without even seeing it myself. While observing her, the receptionist completed the check-in within 2 minutes. For those who have worked in the Hotelier industry, they will understand what it is like to check in in 2 minutes. With more than 5 minutes in the lobby of Le Mint Hotel, I was truly able to relive the time when I was a front desk employee and an early Butler of Six Senses Con Dao (later called Butler). After completing the check-in procedure and receiving your support in depositing the sports equipment at the reception hall, the bellboy brings the luggage with him upstairs, and you have almost completed the job and process of leading guests to the room. and return luggage to the guest's room by a 5-star hotel employee. Entering my room, I was really surprised because, while it was only a 3-star hotel standard, Le Mint's room almost reached the room standard of a 4-star hotel. Everything is arranged and arranged in the room, and I really feel the enthusiasm of Le Mint's management team and room staff with the desire to bring a comfortable feeling of home to each guest upon arrival. room at Le Mint.

Room nice, shower room very spacious, air con worked, good view of the city. Breakfast was good right next to roof top pool area. Right on the Main Street, easy access to the beach area. Breach is about 25km long and has no people on it. Nice hotel all mod cons

Had a love stay here,upgraded us and the room was really nice. Bed was very comfortable and there was a lot of choice at breakfast. The staff were real stars and looked after us very well. Pool area on the 9th floor was very nice and clean. It’s a new hotel so all the furnishings are in great condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to return!!!

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Nice design. Good breakfast. Cute staff. Perfect rooftop. This is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me after 2 days staying and i didnt want to leave. All respect for those whom does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality. Will definitely be back!!!

This could be a great hotel, but isn’t yet. The building is new and interesting, the rooftop area is good. But there are some problems. The ants in the toilet, not a big thing, but staff should have noticed. The room not being cleaned/made-up one day, that just happens sometimes. But: 1) A hotel with these pretensions needs a bar. 2) The breakfast buffet was by far the worst of the 5 we saw in Vietnam, very little fresh fruit or fruit juice, options running out and not being replaced. Unappetising hot dishes. I love eating good Vietnamese food at breakfast, this wasn’t it. 3) The staff all seem a bit lost and uncertain. Yes this is a new hotel… but get some staff with experience who know how a hotel runs! No big mistakes, just general cluelessness and vagueness, except from one excellent female receptionist. All this could be sorted if key members of the team went and stayed a few days in a good hotel, so they knew what they were aspiring to.

We really enjoy our days here. All of them the rooms, the rooftop, the pool were unforgettable. The staff were willing to help us much too. We still now talk about our funny moments on the rooftop those late nights. Lovely place for group of friends! And for couples too I think.

My wife and I had a great time at Le Mint Hotel. The room was amazing, and the birthday cake and fruit were a lovely surprise! The rooftop pool area was perfect to cool down at the end of the day and the breakfast was tasty, but could have had a few more options. On leaving we booked a taxi through the hotel which got us a much better rate. The staff were awesome when you got them talk and look forward to staying them again. Magnifique petit hôtel, bien situé, proche de la plage. chambre confortable et fonctionnelle. Piscine appréciable et ombragée au 9eme etage. Petit-dejeuner varié et excellent. Mais, ce qui fait toute la difference, c'est un staff si prévenant, accueillant et tout sourire. Définitivement une bonne adresse en ville.
