L'hotel è stato molto più aperto, ma non molto, forse mi aspettavo un benvenuto più caldo, visto che l'hotel è considerato come una 5 stelle. Sarebbe meglio se avessero più personale per aiutare gli ospiti quando passarono attraverso la porta. Per tutta la nostra permanenza, tutto era buono. Possiamo godere della camera spaziale e del bel letto, della piscina e del parco. Il buffet del colazione aveva anche molte scelte, ma il sapore di alcuni cibi poteva essere migliorato. Ci aspettiamo di rimanere ancora qui.

Ottenete quello che pagate. Questo è quello che mi aspettavo che un hotel di bilancio fosse. Il letto era davvero bello e confortevole. La stanza era pulita e tempestiva. Sono felice che ci fosse una tavola abbastanza buona per mettere un portatile. E 'anche molto vicino a SM Nord e terminale/MRT. Molto bel personale professionale. Quello che non mi piace di più è il rumore/sono della stanza adiacente può essere sentito a causa delle fine mura e porte. Dobbiamo ridurre la nostra voce e non era molto confortevole sentire qualcun altro dentro un'orecchio.

I have always had a pleasant stay at the hotel except for yesterday. When we checked in, they gave us a room with a broken AC and no socket for the TV. Then I called the reception, and they transferred us to a room with a broken toilet and not-so-cleaned bathroom. Besides, they didn't have a remote control for the television. I'm just tired of calling the reception again and again because I need to go to work at 2 pm, and when I get back at 12 midnight, that's when I noticed that the toilet is broken and unable to flush. I have very high expectations of this hotel, and unfortunately, this is not what I was expecting. Moving forward, always check your rooms before assigning them to guests to avoid any inconvenience on your guests' part and on your part as well. Thank you.

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

Durante il mio recente viaggio a Makati, sono rimasto a Abraham Manila. Dopo un viaggio di autobus 4-hour dalla provincia, arrivando a Abraham Manila è stata una pausa benvenuta. Ho scelto la loro camera doppia, che era proprio giusto per il mio breve soggiorno a Manila. La stanza era accogliente e confortevole, offrendo un bel posto per rilassarsi. Se stai cercando opzioni economiche, hanno anche alloggi in camera da letto. Uno dei migliori a proposito del mio soggiorno è stato il riempimento d'acqua sul 7o piano, che era davvero bello. E avere una stanza di lavoro dedicata è stato bello per ottenere il lavoro a distanza in un luogo tranquillo. Il personale di Abraham Manila era sorprendente, sempre pronto ad aiutare con tutto quello che avevo bisogno. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel a Poblacion, Makati, era perfetta. Ci sono stati molti ristoranti e bar vicino per esplorare, rendendo facile trovare qualcosa di nuovo da provare ogni notte.

TTracyWAbbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Novotel (solo camera, senza colazione).Il servizio era eccellente (sono stati forniti un biscotto per festeggiare il nostro compleanno, e abbiamo chiesto di controllare tardi chi accette gentilemente), la camera era pulita e il letto era comodo. Buona connessione WiFi se dovete lavorare. La posizione è grande con molti caffè, ristoranti e negozi a distanza di passeggiata. La palestra è aperta 24/7 (consente 6am-11pm) e c'è una stanza a vapore ma non l'abbiamo usata. Il gelato 1F è stato abbastanza buono! Un paio di aree per il miglioramento: - le pareti erano sottili, così potevamo sentire la gente parlare vicino alla porta, o il doccia vicino al nostro - Il nostro bagno di pioggia non ha funzionato e non c'è nessuna porta, quindi il pavimento è un po' bagnato - non ci sono molte strutture disponibili - solo lavatrice del corpo, shampoo, lavatrice della mano, lozione del corpo, torni dentali

FFayneInizialmente abbiamo prenotato un soggiorno di notte in una camera da letto deluxe, ma poiché ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro soggiorno, abbiamo deciso di prolungare un'altra notte! 😀 Siamo stati così deliziati e soddisfatti della stanza e del servizio - dal rapido processo di check-in precoce, alla pulizia e spaziosa stanza fornita, alle strutture della piscina fino al dolce e cordiale pasto che è stato servito! Il personale era anche carino e attento. Quando abbiamo chiesto di aggiungere o riempire le attrezzature, hanno partecipato a questo evento FAST! Solo in come 5-10minutes! In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico e comodo e saremo sicuramente tornati a questo hotel! 😊

Its location is also best for the next day not to get late from traffic jams. The place is nice, courteous hotel staff, nice selection of food for breakfast buffet and the rooms are clean. UUtente ospiteHere are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

In conclusione, il mio soggiorno di una settimana all'Hotel Harts aveva i suoi alti e bassi. Mentre la posizione, il personale amichevole e la pulizia generale erano accentuati, i problemi con il flusso del bagno, la mancanza di fornitura di tessuti e l'odore di fumo di sigarette nella sala erano disappuntamenti. EEjgrl90Il personale era molto amichevole, ma ci sono stati molti servizi descritti qui che non erano disponibili, come la piscina e la palestra. Il nostro AC in camera non si sarebbe rotto neanche all'inizio, e ho dovuto chiedere a qualcuno di entrare per farlo iniziare (a quanto pare non c'erano abbastanza batterie nella telecamera AC!) Inoltre, il fronte dell'hotel era in costruzione, quindi non potevano fornire un parcheggio, che era scomodo. In cima a questo, ho chiesto di checkout tardi la notte prima, che la persona del desk front ha detto che sarebbe possibile perché l'hotel era un po' vuoto, ma la mattina dopo, la persona sul desk front ha insistito che dovevamo pagare PHP 450/hour per checkout tardi. In generale, tuttavia, mi piaceva la stanza e il divano di fronte della notte e vorrei sicuramente visitare di nuovo una volta completata la costruzione.
