The hotel is strategically located in Gateway 2. The staff were accommodating. The room is clean. The swimming pool is big and has great view. The only downside is that there are a lot of people in the resto/bar area which is located on the rooftop where the pool is also. As for the buffet breakfast, big thumbs up 😊

This was our second time staying at Red Hotel because the location is very accessible to malls and transportation terminals. It really feels nice to stay here just to relax and have a great bonding time with family after a long day at work. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as always. The breakfast is good, and the bed in the room is very comfortable as well.
However, during our second stay, I noticed that the room had a lot of small cockroaches inside. This was very disturbing, especially since I have two small kids. Fortunately, they did not get any bites. Additionally, the bathroom door was not working and couldn't lock, which was the same issue we had during our first stay in the Family Room.
When we tried the pool area, it seemed that the female restroom was under renovation, which was very inconvenient as we were unsure if we should use the male restroom instead.
I believe that this hotel is still relatively new, and I suggest that the hotel management work on maintaining these facilities better. But overall, I still like staying here! Kudos Red Hotel. ♥️

Had a nice overall stay here. Super love how the guard would always smile at me whenever I'm going in or out the lobby. Staff are also nice, but some just don't really greet me so I felt like they don't care about their guests or just me (Lol)
Regarding the room, I booked a standard twin bed room and the space is just perfect and comfortable. It has a dinette, a dresser, cabinets, and smart TV. Aircon also works well. The cr comes with cold and hot water. The hot water tho takes a lot of time before heating up. Toothbrush, slippers, bottled waters and soaps are complimentary.
Lastly, the breakfast, it's free so I don't have much expectation about it, but it's delicious regardless. But if you're stomach isn't for rice in the morning, they don't have much options as substitute.

L'aria condizionata perde e ha intaccato la vernice delle pareti e non ha un bell'aspetto. La trapunta e le federe sono vecchie e molto sottili e sembra che Dud non si lavi perché il colore non è più bianco puro. Il personale della reception è stato accomodante, soprattutto il ragazzo che ha offerto uno sconto per prolungare il nostro tempo, il che mi ha impressionato. Delusa per la chiamata di uno staff femminile per ricordarci di fare il check-out che non è ancora l'ora, pensa che abbiamo prolungato solo 6 ore che ho pagato per 8 ore. Per evitare reclami dovrebbero passare al turno successivo per casi come questo o si accumulano nel sistema.

If you are on a budget or just looking somewhere to sleep this place is really good. Very close to everything to just classic ”kanto” style food (street food), fastfood, and classy restaurants. Transportation is also not an issue bec its really very to both MRT and LRT. Staffs are also very accomodating and very responsive. I would stay again at Red Planet and qould recommend to try it out.

Ho prenotato la Galleria di Manila, perché era il luogo per il nostro evento, e si è rivelato una grande scelta.La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa per accogliere fino a quattro persone confortevolmente. Mi piaceva la vista della città dalla stanza, ma quello che si è mostrato più è quanto valeva il loro buffet era super slitta!
La posizione è anche molto conveniente, dal momento che è collegato alla Robinsons Galleria, che ha reso tutto accessibile. La connessione internet era veloce e il personale era molto accogliente. In generale, era un grande soggiorno!

UUtente anonimoThe word that best captures my experience at this hotel is 'new.' Being a relatively new establishment, the hotel impresses with its immaculate cleanliness and modern design, evident from the lobby to the rooms. The contemporary style is both refreshing and welcoming.
I would also like to highlight the professionalism of the staff, especially those at the ground floor entrance, including the security team. Their warm smiles and friendly greetings set a wonderful tone for guest interactions, making one feel genuinely welcomed.
That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could fine-tune its services. One area for improvement is housekeeping. While the staff did ensure that the blankets were neatly folded, other aspects of room tidiness seemed to be overlooked. On a few occasions, I noticed that the room was left largely as it was, with not much attention paid to finer details. I understand that the hotel is new, and the staff may still be gaining experience, which might explain these minor oversights. With a bit more focus on these details, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.
As for the amenities, they were fairly standard. I was a bit surprised that in-room slippers were only provided upon request, rather than being pre-prepared in the room. However, I must say I really appreciated the room’s design, especially the cozy kitchenette area. Having all the necessary amenities and utensils within easy reach was a thoughtful touch and one of my favorite aspects of the room.

Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails from the club room lounge; they had decent selections plus a fairly private and peaceful environment. Staff were very attentive as well.
Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a restful and relaxed weekend. Likely to recommend to friends and family.

CCeejCelebrated our anniversary here, the room was so clean and very spacious, room service was approachable but quite slow on requests. Our stay came with a free breakfast, the restaurant was an international buffet, the food served were all great and freshly cooked. It was a very nice experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip.
The Highlight Reel:
* That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus.
* Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare!
* Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued.
* Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep.
A Few Minor Hiccups:
* Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way.
* Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference.
Overall:
Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Has no slipper and fridge. No kettle to boil water. No dental toiletries. But it has safety deposit box, has towel,hair dryer and bed and comforter is soft and the room is generally compared to other hotel, I have been to.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at HopInn Hotel in Manila! The hotel itself felt brand new and was impeccably clean throughout our 5-day stay.
The location is unbeatable - it's right near two major malls, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Moreover, being within walking distance to the MRT line was a huge plus for getting around the city effortlessly.
I'm already planning my next trip back to Manila just to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in the heart of the city.

When I arrived at the property there was a line so I waited my turn but they assisted those 2 other groups came after me and I was assisted late (very poor assistance was initially given to me) 2nd was that they gave me a small room without wifi when I asked the font desk if there’s a wifi connection inside the room, they responded yea and the password is indicated sa card but I cant connect, so I called them and what surprised me is tgat they said wala daw internet access dun sa room ko. (Like what the hell they instructed me sa receiving area that makaka connect ako, lol funny)
Then, I noticed na walang window access sa room and super liit ng space, so mali pala yung room na binigay sakin it was a premier room wherein fact I book deluxe. It really triggered me more, good thing was that they sent someone like after 5-10 mins and helped me to transfer room. Yun tama na sya. Overall, amenities were fine. I just hate the customer service that was provided, they better get more training specially the girls in blue attire.

Il nostro AC in camera non si sarebbe rotto neanche all'inizio, e ho dovuto chiedere a qualcuno di entrare per farlo iniziare (a quanto pare non c'erano abbastanza batterie nella telecamera AC!)
