The room was quiet clean but the room was OLD and the aircon was broken, it is leaking. Staff were friendly.

No assigned room and waited for too long to get a room. Room ac not even working thats why i ask to move me to another room.

Super affordable para sa location nya 😊 Staffs are nice and accomodating Rooms are very clean and good thing is malakas din ang aircon nila 😊

It's a great place due to the fact that it's near to malls and establishment and it's a walking distance from the coliseum which is great when you are watching a concert

Good hotel in town for traveling

Shower heater doesn’t heat enough though pwede na siya. Hotel doesn’t replace towels kpag 1 day stay ka lang khit super basa na yung towel and as of the day na nag check-in ako, there was no internet connection however may phone signal naman.

Good location and good service. The space is very good Wifi is good but have a little bit of cockroaches.

Okay na for a budget hotel. Just do not expect too much. If you're going to a concert in araneta, goods sya isang tawiran lang. Just give it a try!

Disappointing Stay I regret to say that my recent stay at this hotel was subpar. The room had several issues: - Excessive dust - Insects and bugs - Outdated air conditioning unit, although functional - Unclean conditions, including a wet bed and used towels - Obsolete TV The only redeeming factor was the hotel's convenient location near shopping malls. Overall, my experience was unpleasant, and I hope the hotel management takes necessary steps to address these problems.

The location was excellent. Just outside malls and fast foods. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit old and basic but clean.

Worst customer service.impolite frontdesk. I asked for breakfast to be served by 6am and they agreed. Breakfast was served at 7:10am after several follow ups. I was talking to several people because they were passing the phone to a different person as if they didn't want to talk to me because of my complaints. The front desk personnel were applying makeup when I talked to them and the *** staff gave me an eye roll when I asked them what happened🤡. There are no slippers,tv remote and telephone in the room. Im a regular business traveller, what I can say is that the location is good but the staff are the worst. If you're looking for a cheap room around Araneta.This is it, just don't expect good customer service😅
