nice hotel that is spot on for the value. great service across all the staff and bug shout out to 吴卫萍 and Chris from the restaurant, Aaron from the front office. love the extras of providing supper snacks by calling to check every evening at 9pm. definitely will be my hotel of choice when i am in Quanzhou!

Excellent service, it was a great stay. The employees assist with our taobao collections earnestly and answers to enquiries clearly. A few points to improve, We went as a family, would have been better if they had playgrounds for kids, could have provided a swimming cap (not aware of necessary) and the Aircon can be colder.

This is a nice hotel in the center of the city. Excellent breakfast buffet.

New renovation has given it a much modern touch and comfort feeling. Front desk reception remains exceptional as in the past. The only one complaint is the lighting brightness in the bathroom above the facial sink - totally inadequate to support a proper shaving - needs to be brighter so that guest could see their own faces. Otherwise, everything is what it takes to be a top rated hotel.

We had great hospitality in hotel. Starting from front desk and further everyone was very polite. Hotel is clean even though some parts looked old...

The room, service, cleanliness, location, breakfast etc… all okay from my experience and would be satisfied enough to come and stay again. Highlights are the gym and swimming pool. However, the management should reconsider how sometimes their staff approaches their guests. 1. On my second night my wife joined me, but I forgot I only had 1 breakfast on my room(my bad). Going for breakfast next morning, we walked through the “checkpoint”, they checked my reservation and nobody raised any issues. Until we separated to grab some dishes. My wife was approached by the staff and was told “Sorry, your husband only bought one breakfast” ?!?!?!?! 2. Letting the hotel staff following the guests with papers to write feedback about their service while having breakfast is not the best idea in my opinion. Apart from this, the stay was quite what you expect at this price point. Also very convenient place for dining out.
