"Sto fermando in questa piccola città di Hainan e scelto questo hotel per il marchio fiduciario. Il personale mi ha fatto sentire così benvenuto! Erano incredibilmente caldi e mi ha anche aiutato ad usare Wechat per ordinare le cose. Ho avuto un evento di gruppo, quindi ho dovuto provare il buffet! La diffusione per colazione e cena era fantastica, così tante scelte. Ho sentito che il buffet non è nemmeno completamente aperto, spero veramente che sia la prossima volta! La mia camera era super cozyil letto era così morbido e così tranquillo a notte. Mi hanno anche offerto una bevanda complimentare una sera! Come un viaggiatore solitario, mi sentivo davvero sicuro e mi prendevo cura di qui. Avrei sicuramente raccomandato e tornato!"

"瓊海旅行也算是重回故地，看了很久的酒店，最終還是選擇這家，前台為了給我們排同一樓層，衞生沒有打掃出來。所以等了一下會，很感謝。附近吃的也很多。但是晚上蚊蟲多，建議靠停車場和檳榔園這邊裝上紗窗，起碼防大的飛蟲。總體可圈可點。"

Il personale era amichevole, professionale e sempre disposto ad aiutare. Il check-in e il check-out erano regolari ed efficienti, rendendo il mio soggiorno più comodo. La stanza era pulita, ben mantenuta e dotata di tutto quello che avevo bisogno. La custodia della casa ha fatto un grande lavoro per assicurare che la stanza fosse preziosa ogni giorno. Il personale della ricetta è molto entusiasta e gestisce il soggiorno veloce, specialmente il servizio di ricetta è attento e ha domande e risposte. La stanza è nuova e pulita, il bagno è separato secco, l'acqua calda è pieno di calore, il letto è comodo, la TV di grande dimensione sul muro e la colazione è anche buona.Sento un buon rapporto prezzo, la posizione è a due chilometri dalla stazione ferroviaria Jianhai Highway.Recommandazione di Liu.La rete consigliata deve essere rafforzata."

"Beautiful hotel, great location, and to top it all, we've met a team of staff who are nice, warm and friendly. Special thanks to hotel lobby manager-in-charge (a young lady whose name we don't know), hotel nurse (we don't have her name either) and hotel customer service C C. During our stay at the hotel, my wife slipped and hurt her left foot while taking a walk outside near the pool. It's very kind of them to have provided us heart-warming service and help. We will surely choose to live here again if coming to Hainan, and we'll also recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues."

"The hotel has no safe box and no refrigerator which are very inconvenient. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell. Suggest the hotel to look into the structure of the shower floor which might be hard to clean. The bed is very comfortable and sheets are clean. Front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful."
