Ci hanno dato una camera ancora più grande, con una zona soggiorno separata e un bagno enorme! La posizione è proprio accanto al 大唐不夜城! Tornerò sicuramente e alloggerò di nuovo al Wyndham Grand!

Ho adorato questo hotel, camere spaziose con aria condizionata funzionante. Puliscono le camere ogni giorno. Il personale è cordiale. L'hotel è maestoso e ben arredato. La colazione dell'hotel è meravigliosa con una vasta scelta tra cui scegliere. Una posizione molto comoda e vicino a una stazione della metropolitana. Alla fine del mio soggiorno volevo rimanere più a lungo per due motivi. L'hotel era così confortevole e il cibo di Xi'an è così delizioso. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Near attractive area. Good to stay thier for long time for visiting all the good sightseeings

We arrived at the hotel around 10 PM and were warmly welcomed by a gentleman in a light blue jacket (apologies, we didn’t catch his name; he was slightly on the plump side). His friendly demeanor immediately made us feel at home. During check-in, we were attended to by Sam at the reception. Noticing that we had three kids with us, he thoughtfully offered some delicious snack crackers to keep us busy while waiting. The snacks were so tasty! As a family, we preferred our rooms to be close to each other. Unfortunately, the rooms we had reserved were at opposite corners of the building. Sam went the extra mile and consulted the Manager, Ms. Candy, for a solution. While we were ready to downgrade one of the family rooms to a standard room, Ms. Candy instead graciously upgraded one of the family rooms to a suite to accommodate our request. This gesture was deeply appreciated! The breakfast at the hotel was fabulous, offering a wide range of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, along with kid-friendly snacks. We had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Candy again in the lobby, where she provided excellent sightseeing advice. She recommended a visit to Mount Hua and even arranged for the hotel driver to take us there. The trip turned out to be absolutely fantastic, and we were in awe of the stunning mountain scenery. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Xi'an. Its location is superb—right next to Datang Everbright City, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance.

It’s a beautiful hotel, very clean with friendly staff. Zoe Kiko was very courteous, helpful & friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. It’s near to the Everbright City. & within walking distance to the wild goose pagoda. We can a variety of delicious food around the hotel.

What an amazing hotel, clean, grand. The staff is so helpful, kind and always there to help. They even arranged an upgrade, a cake and room decorations for my girl who had her birthday! The breakfast was the best we ever had! Caters for international and chinsese food. This hotel is one of the reasons we are coming back to Xi'an!

Excellent hotel which exceeded all our expectations. Extremely family-friendly. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Datang Everbright City. Beautiful Deco, very comfortable room & bed, great cleanliness & housekeeping standards. Excellent breakfast buffet spread offering wide spectrum of local to international cuisine. The service was impeccable from front-desk to restaurant. Special thanks to staff 珍妮, Sam, 丽娜 and Li Chenfeng.

The hotel has great location for tourist spot and it was very clean. The staff were very friendly too, she upgraded us to a higher floor superior double room after we requested a quiet room. We loved our stay and will definitely stay there again!

Would stay here again. Chef and food staff were extremely welcoming.
