I recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work. I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied. The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service. I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone. In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement. 很特別的一次入住體驗。莊園很大，一進大門的那一刻就已經令人心動了。歐洲古堡式的建築風格，房間也是歐式的設計裝修，大氣上檔次，浴室非常大。還有“小度”互動，智能機器人送餐。服務人員態度非常不錯，尤其是前台的楠楠管家很禮貌周到。早餐是中西自助式的，吃過飯去園區散步很是愜意。藍天白雲下的綠草地令人心情愉悦，小朋友可以在這裏餵羊駝、做手工、滑滑梯、盪鞦韆。大朋友可以打卡拍照、換裝體驗、露營燒烤看電影，總之，這裏非常適合一家人或是情侶度假旅行。

酒店位置便利，工作人員服務態度好，周邊吃飯和外賣選擇很多，打車去景點也方便。酒店和房間原木風裝修，感覺清新舒適，大床睡得很舒服，衞生間乾濕分離，最驚喜的是房間有智能語音系統，超貼心，非常的方便。客房的打掃阿姨服務態度非常好，每次遇見都笑眯眯的打招呼並詢問什麼時候方便打掃，非常推介給周邊及近期來秦皇島旅遊的朋友！

We very much enjoyed our stay . Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Very convenient location, a stone throw away from the beach. A mall is about 10 minutes away in a taxi. The only aspect we feel needs to improve is the breakfast. The menu was always the same which made a longer stay experience a bit boring, not always looking forward to dining. Perhaps changing a few items in the menu every morning will make that exceptional experience. Otherwise, an amazing hotel-keep it up!

J had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites. The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort. The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker. One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there. In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good! Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

La piccola sorella che riceve ci dice molto bene che vuole mangiare frutta di mare al mercato vicino di frutta di mare per comprarla. È molto appropriato, e poi l'ho comprata e ha trasformato personalmente le frutta di mare per noi. La notte è molto piacevole mangiare frutta di mare e bere al piatto!

這回入住的小院，刷新了我的認知，竟然有這麼好的房間，從入户就看到了客廳，就知道這家老闆是有文化氣息的。環境太好了，隔音效果槓槓的。衞生環境，公共區域，給滿滿的好評。去海里游完泳回來，沖個熱水澡，躺到舒適的大床，這感覺無法用語言表達了。這才是度假的最高境界。會推薦朋友來南泠映舍入住。老闆還是個恬靜温柔的美女哦。
