E'molto bello poter stare in anticipo e rispondere amichevolmente.

The motel is very close to the center so it is very easy and comfortable to get there. The good thing was that it is in a gated property so at least it feels safe. I reserved a room for three people but they provided just two sets of towels. The room had the basic. TV, no fridge. The main problem I had was the clean. The room did not feel clean at all. The beds were changed, but under the bed the dust and dirt was disgusting. The floor probably has not been clean from a very long time and there was a condom wrap open under the bed. The walls and doors had spots all over . Overpriced for what you get.

When we checked in they f are lied to tell us that the maintenance man was working on the sprinkling system. We awoke to a wet bed and floor! They moved us to another room which smelled funny. We had our kittens with us and the guy at the desk gave us a hard time about having two saying we needed to lay $15. Per night for the second kitten! Then the second night when we came back after going out to dinner with family, we were locked out of our room! The key card would not work! The people who operate this hotel seem a bit strange! I won’t be staying there again!

Mi diede una stanza quando aprii la porta, pensai che fosse occupata, che le turne non fossero mai pulite dai vecchi noleggiatori, mi diede un'altra rm, che non sapevo cosa fosse sbagliato, perché finiva in un'altra rm. La stanza era vecchia e antiquata, che profumava terribile. Non commettere lo stesso errore che ho fatto.

Room was clean and bed seems to be fairly new but not all that comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom area. The location and parking is very undesirable and scary. A lot of homeless and vagrants seem to hang around this area. Noticed they were close to vehicles but didn't see any broken glass when I departed.

We got a first floor room, which we wanted. Parking close by.

Easy to get to location with restaurants nearby. Green frog cafe was pretty good. No coffee in the room or even a way to heat water. Smelled a bit funny but not too bad. Easy parking right in front of door.

Sono stato caricato 2 volte per la stessa notte. Ho pagato in anticipo Trip.com, poi è stato caricato di nuovo al Kimpton. E'stato un errore di Kimpton. Il problema è che ci sono voluti 5 chiamate non restituite per 2 settimane e 3 ore del mio tempo. Kimpton non avrebbe aiutato.
