Hotel Holiday Inn Express a Qingdao

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at Holiday Inn Express HuangDao. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. A special thank you to Frank, the hotel manager, for his warm hospitality and attention to detail. It was clear he genuinely cares about every guest's experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted by Eric, Suzy, and Eva at the front desk. They were all incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Their helpfulness made settling in a breeze, and they were always available for your needs. My room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything spotless during my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping mall and 24 hours grocery shops are just few steps away from hotel. Plus, the on-site dining was excellent—breakfast each morning was a delicious start to the day and most attraction for me is the self service coffee maker at hotel lobby, thats make my very day fully charge after a cup of double espresso. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you again to Frank, Eric, Suzy, Eva, and the entire staff for making my trip so memorable.

Although I only stayed at this hotel for one night, it was a wonderful experience. First of all, the hotel is very close to the subway station. The staff were extremely enthusiastic Hailey and Koala kindly upgraded my room. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Lastly, after I checked out, I realized I had forgotten my power bank in the room. The hotel kept it safe for me until I returned to retrieve it, which made me very happy. If I have the chance to visit Qingdao again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Il personale molto utile e amichevole, dopo aver controllato in usher mi ha fatto tutto il viaggio in camera mostrando le caratteristiche. La posizione è buona dove soddisfare la maggior parte delle mie esigenze e la strada del cibo a soli 5 minuti. La colazione è più ampia per la scelta locale, limitata per il colazione americano. La distanza dalla stazione di metropolitana più vicina circa 15 minuti a piedi.

It was excellent hotel have nice view on city also room very clean and room service very helpful with anything even its out of their service will try to help, the breakfast was very good their many choices for me as Muslim also choices their ,the stuff was very helpfull i can mention specifically Jenny song she was very helpful and good speaker for English language and she help me to delay check out without fee also it was nice hotel also many shops and services around the hotels its good choice for travelers

La posizione dell'hotel è relativamente lontana, ci vuole circa un'ora per guidare da ogni attrazione turistica a Qingdao.Ma c'è troppo aumento di prezzo in altri luoghi per le vacanze di cinque anni, che appartiene a un rapporto di prezzo molto elevato. L'interno dell'hotel è anche buono, l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono, la camera è ampia e confortevole e il colazione è molto vario.Certo, il caffè è troppo duro, le persone che bevono stile americano di solito pensano che la tua casa sia troppo dura con il ferro, sia per la caffè o la macchina del caffè.

I really enjoyed my time here. The place was clean, easy to find and a joy to stay at. My only issue was location. It was a bit far from everything, but a metro station was very near by which made traveling very convenient.

Perfect location. Walking distance to subway, night market and shopping places in Chengyang. Decent breakfast and room quality.

Il rapporto di prezzo è ancora molto alto, la pulizia è molto pulita, il personale di servizio si incontrerà per salutare, il tipo di colazione è molto ricco, i piatti sono anche in linea con il gusto della popolazione, e in futuro sceglierebbe di rimanere.

The hotel is a bit far away from the Qingdao downtown and all attractions. Apart from that everything else about the hotel was great. Would recommend it if someone is planning to stay in that area of Qingdao.
